Last month we entered into the Hebrew year 5784 and in a couple of months we will enter into the Gregorian year 2024. Many words have come out about these years being the year of the door, gate, threshold. I agree with all of them and have already experienced doors opening, gates lifting and thresholds being crossed. I would like to add one more word to these words as the Lord said to me, 5784/2024 is the year of Immeasurably More. This language comes from Ephesians 3:20-21 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”

I have sat on this word for a couple of weeks now, and the Lord keeps nudging me to put it out there. I am not sure what immeasurably more is going to all entail, but this I do know, it is going to go beyond anything we have ever asked for, imagined or dreamed. We are finite, Yahweh is eternal, so we are about to enter into something we did not see coming. Many have said, we have never gone this way before, and for me that falls into the immeasurably more category.

In order to truly enjoy the year of immeasurably more, we must live with child like wonder. Remember the first time you went to Disneyworld; or your first concert or sporting event. This is going to be beyond all of that. God is glory and HIs glory is awe inspiring. We are going to experience a love of the likes we have never known; we are going to experience a power we have never seen; we are going to experience truth in a way we have never heard. We are going into the immeasurably more and it is going to upgrade our internal operating system in a way that makes us see Him, hear Him and want Him like we never have before. We are in the year of immeasurably more.
