Seeing What God Is Saying

Did you know that what you see is of great importance? Is it any wonder the children’s song we used to sing was becareful little eyes what you see? What is the significance of sight? Sight determines how much light we have. When we are blind, it is dark, we cannot see, henceforth, why we need an awakening. Awakened to what? We need to be awakened to who God is, who He really is; we need to be awakened to who we are, who we really are; we need to be awakened to who others are, who they really are. When we can see, we can say what we see and our words have immense power to create.

While I was praying this morning, Psalm 138, I saw verses 4-5.

“All the kings of the earth will give thanks to You, O LORD,
When they have heard the words of Your mouth.
And they will sing of the ways of the LORD,
For great is the glory of the LORD.”

saw God opening the ears of kings to hear HIs voice, I saw kings singing of the ways of the Lord. I saw what the word says. In my seeing, it brought greater understanding to Jesus as King of kings. Jesus is opening the ears of kings to hear HIs voice, to move in His ways. Robin Bullock prophesied this on the Elijah Streams broadcast this week and now I see it in the word. Out of the mouth of two witnesses it shall be established. My friends, God is doing things on a level He wants us to see.

Come up higher, the view is amazing, the sounds are crystal clear and the joy experienced is undeniable. When you can see what God is saying, it brings everything to light.

Sing the Songs of the Lord

Psalm 137:1-3 “By the rivers of Babylon, There we sat down and wept, When we remembered Zion. Upon the willows in the midst of it We hung our harps. For there our captors demanded of us songs, And our tormentors mirth, saying, “Sing us one of the songs of Zion.”

Why did the captors want to hear the songs of those they took captive? Was it mockery? It could have been, but what if it was something else, what if there is a secret in here that we need to learn? What if the reason the captors wanted to hear the songs of Zion is because they knew those songs carried peace, comfort, hope, presence, promise? It reminds us of when Paul and Silas were in prison and they began to sing praises to God, the Bible says, all the prisoners were listening to them (Acts 16:16-40).

Songs of Zion, songs of the Lord, carry with them atmosphere changing ability. Where there is chaos, songs bring peace; where there is fear, songs bring comfort; where there is discouragement, songs bring hope. Is it possible that the answer to your struggle, the pathway out of your problem is in your mouth, in your song? I think so. But your song will not only liberate you, it will provide much needed relief to others around you that are in a similiar or the same situation.

Remember, the captors in Babylon were in as much captivity as the ones they took captive. The songs of Zion not only brought hope to Israel but to those in Babylon as well. Lift up your voice and sing the songs of the Lord. Open your mouth and the Lord will fill it (Psalm 81:10). You never know who else needs to hear it.

Open Wide Our Eyes

Individualism is a barrier to seeing the kingdom at work in the midst of us. If we only think about us, our life, our time, our generation, our situation, we miss the greater network of TRUTH that is in operation all around us. The operation of the kingdom of God does not cease because we can’t see it or connect with it, but it is hidden from our eyes because we only think about ourself, our nation, our city, our church, our whatever. The great awakening is going to be our eyes being opened to realities we have yet to see. When you wake up, you realize things you didn’t know even though they were there all along.

I remember when I first went to a small town in Missouri to attend a Pastors and Leaders conference and the Pastor preached a message that opened my eyes to the truth that was always there. He didn’t change what the Bible said, he just read it in context rather than isolated a single verse and I was awakened to a truth I could not see before. I call it an aha moment that turned into many aha moments as I listened to him preach for many years. This is and was and continues to be a great awakening for me. My eyes are seeing things that have always been there, I was just blind to them.

The church is about to experience a great awakening that will revolutionize our lives to such a measure we will not recognize our old self any longer. It is not an individual awakening, even though individuals will be awakened, it is going to be a corporate, a collective great awakening. Paul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9) had a great awakening, the song Amazing Grace is about the great awakening, I once was blind but now I see. Revelation 3 speak of this great awakening as it says to that church in Laodecia, you think you are this, but really you are this, but when you wake up you will buy from Me this and then you will have that. It’s amazing how the great awakening is right there in the word of God and so often we can’t see it because we are asleep.

Everything is about to change, for the better, because life is so much better when you can see. Job said it this way, ““I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear; But now my eye sees You; Therefore I retract, And I repent in dust and ashes.” (Job 42:5-6). My friends, ask the Lord to open your eyes, or pray what Paul prayed for the Ephesians “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, 19 and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength.” (Ephesians 1:18-19). Pray for a great awakening!

From Kings To Those With the Key

WE ARE MOVING FROM KINGS TO KEYS! Says the Lord. The Lord is inviting the intercessors to remove the kings of Sihon and Og as they are sitting on the inheritance the Lord has promised to His sons and daughters. The removal of these kings will be replaced with the placing of the David’s who have the key upon their shoulder. The David’s with the key are activated now 5782, 5 + 7 + 8 + 2 = 22 and we will see more David’s with the key being positioned in 2022. God is removing the kings of Sihon and Og and placing David’s with the key in their place.

This prophetic revelation/declaration comes out of my prayer time in which I partnered with Psalm 135 this morning. As I was praying verses 10-12 “He smote many nations And slew mighty kings, Sihon, king of the Amorites, And Og, king of Bashan, And all the kingdoms of Canaan; And He gave their land as a heritage, A heritage to Israel His people.” The Lord spoke so clearly to me through this verse, WE ARE MOING FROM KINGS TO KEYS! Sihon means tempestuous (violent emotions or actions, turbulent, stormy) and Og means to gyrate (revolve around a fixed point or axis, move in a spiral, oscillate, repetitive pattern). These kings are being removed, but other kings are being removed as well and when their seat is vacant, the David’s with the key are going to occupy these seats.

Since the key of David is in Isaiah 22 and 22 is 5782 and 2022, I went to read Isaiah 22 and it supports strongly this word the Lord is saying. I encourage you to read the whole chapter, but here is verses 19-23 ““I will depose you from your office, And I will pull you down from your station. Then it will come about in that day, That I will summon My servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah, And I will clothe him with your tunic And tie your sash securely about him. I will entrust him with your authority, And he will become a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder, When he opens no one will shut, When he shuts no one will open. I will drive him like a peg in a firm place, And he will become a throne of glory to his father’s house.” Eliakim means God sets up; arise; stand up; God raises. God is removing kings and putting those David’s with the key on their shoulder in their place, for it is the inheritance God has given His people.

WE ARE MOVING FROM KINGS TO KEYS. God is inviting us to agree with Him in taking down of the kingS Sihon and Og in the spirit, and for the raising up of the David’s who carry the key. Positions are about to be vacated, so get ready to occupy, says the Lord. This is happening, “This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.” (Zechariah 4:6). Amen to the glory of God!

Lift Your Hands To!

When we lift our hands, we are lifting them to something to bless it, congratulate it, adore it. When you lift your hands when your football team scores, it’s a non-verbal congratulations 🎉. When you lift your hands to an authority it’s a non-verbal surrender. And when you lift your hands to God in worship, it’s to bless, praise, adore, thank the Lord. But the psalmist adds another aspect to lifting your hands. He says it’s not just to someone for something, he says your to lift your hands TO the sanctuary. It’s a directional lifting, a non-verbal acknowledgement of a place that is unseen but very real.

Psalm 134:2 “Lift up your hands to the sanctuary and bless the LORD.”

When we lift our hands directionally to the sanctuary, it’s not the building your standing in when you do it, it’s to the temple, the city, the heavenly Jerusalem that is unseen but very real. Hebrews, Revelation and Abraham spoke of this place. Abraham even left everything to find the city whose builder and maker is God. Revelation 21:2 says that city is the wife of the Lamb, adorned like a bride. “And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.” As you lift your hands today for various reasons, add lifting your hands to the sanctuary for though it’s unseen it’s very real, and bless the Lord!

A High Powered Meal

Communion is not just grape juice and an unleavened bread crumb. Communion is protector; provider; promoter; and prophecy. Communion is a person you engage with over a meal; communion is a declaration of what was, what is and what is to come; communion is God tabernacling with us in the bread and wine. Next time you take communion personally or corporately, know there is so much more happening in the consuming of that meal than we even realize.

Training To Carry Glory

Warnings have been going out from trusted prophets that we are headed into a bumpy road. Some of you may say it has been bumpy for the past year and a half with the various challenges we have faced as the nations with C19. And that is very true, but the bumps will not cease just yet, which compounds challenges because of what many of you are facing in your personal lives with jobs, spouses, kids, personal challenges internally. It all seems to be coming together as the storm of the century and many are struggling greatly. Words of comfort, help soothe the pain in challenging moments, but they are temporary relief. If you are in a time of challenge, we speak words of comfort to you, we speak words of hope and life to you, we are hear to encourage you, for you do not need any other words at this time in your life. But for you that are not having a challenge that you can’t seem to come out from under, I want to tell you, don’t stop training, don’t stop reading your bible, don’t stop praying. Your private training will be a blessing to you when the next challenge arises.

I say this because the days of distress are never permanent, but they are challenging and Solomon in Proverbs 24 says, “If you are slack in the day of distress, Your strength is limited.” Days of distress reveal our internal strength to us. We realize how much we can handle and when we cannot handle any more when days of distress come. It’s like going to the gym, I can lift a certain amount of weight, but as I go consistently and keep pushing myself, I get stronger and I find the current weight becomes lighter, so I move up to a heavier weight. Why? Not because I am looking to become a body builder, but because I want to be stronger, so when I am needing to lift more I have the strength to do it. My friends, train yourself in godliness, even if you think you are strong, it’s only because the amount of weight you are lifting right now you have trained for, but when something heavier comes it’s going to reveal you need to keep training. For those who have ears to hear, keep training, we are going to need to lift more weight in the coming days. Remember, the glory is weighty and we are called to carry it.

It’s Going To Be Cinematic

The Father is so powerful and so creative the enemy has no clue where He’s been or where He’s headed. Think about it, the Father used the death of Jesus to defeat death; He used the rod of Aaron turned snake to defeat the snakes of Pharaoh’s magicians; He used poverty to defeat poverty (He became poor so we could become rich); I could go on and on how God used the very thing that was trying to destroy us to defeat the enemy. This is one reason why the Bible says, “he who has ears let him hear what the Spirit is saying.” It’s not conventional but it’s effective every time.

Now with that being said and that precedence being established in both the Old and the New Testament consider this…God is using corruption to defeat corruption; He is using concealed things to defeat concealed things; He is using voices to defeat voices; He is using people to defeat people. We are in a war of the likes we do not fully understand because we are not privy to enough information. However, if you listen carefully and watch closely, you can see how in true God fashion the enemy is being defeated by his own weapons.

God has a history of making the enemy think he is winning when the truth is God is working a very creative master plan of the likes few can see because the cloud of war has blocked their view and hindered their hearing. But I am here to tell you that I’ve not only read about this strategy of God in warfare but I’ve experienced it and I didn’t understand it for the longest time but now I can see it I can hear it. So watch, listen, because God is about to use lack to defeat lack; God is about to use the enemies weapons to defeat the enemy. God is about to be glorified in the nations in a way very few see coming. It’s going to be majestic, cinematic and will cause you to be ecstatic!

Do Not Despise Prophecy

Do Not Despise Prophecy 9.22.21

Prophecy has two distinct lanes. One is for exhortation, comfort and encouragement (1 Corinthians 14:3), this is why anyone can prophesy. The other vein of prophecy is a word from the Lord directly, meaning the person sharing it is like a town crier delivering the message of the king. Knowing the difference is critical. There are many 1 Corinthians 14:3 prophecies people hear, but when a town crier prophecy comes forth, like what Kim Clement, David Wilkerson, Rick Joyner and others have put forth, they are to be heeded in a different way, for those voices are being town criers speaking only the words of the Lord. Discerning the difference is critical. We love the 1 Corinthians 14:3 prophecies, but we need more than anything the town crier prophecies, for they course correct us, they realign us, they liberate us in a way that only the voice of God can. When God speaks, it is not with many words, for He is God and He is powerful, that is one way to discern what kind of prophecy it is.

All that to say this, the Lord spoke with the sword of His tongue yesterday to me and I know it is a word for all of us. I was reading 2 Kings 6:33-2Kings 7:2 “While he was still talking with them, behold, the messenger came down to him and he said, “Behold, this evil is from the LORD; why should I wait for the LORD any longer?” Elisha Promises Food Then Elisha said, “Listen to the word of the LORD; thus says the LORD, Tomorrow about this time a measure of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.’” The royal officer on whose hand the king was leaning answered the man of God and said, “Behold, if the LORD should make windows in heaven, could this thing be?” Then he said, “Behold, you will see it with your own eyes, but you will not eat of it.” Immediately the voice of God thundered in my spirit, “DO NOT DESPISE PROPHECY!”

I knew this was a verse, and sure enough in 1 Thessalonians 5:20 it says those exact words, DO NOT DESPISE PROPHECY! As I was meditating on this strong word from the Lord, I got the sense this is a national and personal warning. Nationally we heard a prophetic word about DJT, but many have despised that prophecy because it did not come to pass in what we though was the time table. The Lord would say to the church, DO NOT DESPISE PROPHECY. Then I sensed it was a personal word as well, because of the amount of time that has elapsed between when the prophetic word was spoken to you and it’s still not fulfilled, but the Lord would say, DO NOT DESPISE PROPHECY. This is a course correction word for us as the church both nationally and personally. The man in 2 Kings 7:2 heard the prophetic word but despised it and therefore, he was only able to see it come to pass but could not taste of it. Let that not be said of you, of me, of us as a nation. DO NOT DESPISE PROPHECY! If God said it, it will come to pass, wait for it, you will be glad you did.

Feast of Tabernacles 2021

Feast of Tabernacles 2021 has begun. This is one of the seven biblical feasts of the Lord, of which God commanded Israel to celebrate. The first was Passover, which is in the Spring, the second was Pentecost, which is in the Summer and the third is Tabernacles, which is in the Fall. The Lord would provide enough harvest at the feast of Tabernacles to get them through the winter, so the feast of Tabernacles was a major celebration. It is a seven day feast and it began last night at sundown.

I pray this seven days, you rejoice over little things, big things all things, but the main thing to rejoice over is that John 1:14 tells us, “The Word became flesh, and did tabernacle among us, and we beheld his glory, glory as of an only begotten of a father, full of grace and truth.” This is a statement from history, but it is a reality statement. Jesus Christ, the Son of God walked the earth as a man, He was, He is the word of God become flesh. He lived with the people of His generation as God on earth. This is not a fable or fairy tale, this is the truth that sets us free.

It’s not a Jewish thing to celebrate the feast of Tabernacles, it is a God thing, it is a Bible thing. I pray you do some research on this feast, for it is written about extensively in both the old and new Testaments. Jesus celebrated these feasts and so should we. Feasts of the Lord are times to remember how God worked in history with humanity and if He did it then, He will do it again. Many scholars believe Jesus was born during the feast of Tabernacles, others believe He will return during this feast, all I know is that I am thankful for a God that dwells with us, tabernacles with us, loves to be near us. I pray you draw near to Him as He is drawing near to you, for joy comes from being with God, for He is our healer, provider, deliver, savior and ruler. Paul said it this way, “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” (Phil. 4:4). It’s feast time my friends, rejoice!
