In February 2016 the Lord spoke through my Pastor to me through Genesis 26. At that time the Lord told me to re-dig my Father’s wells. So, that month I began a journey of honoring those who have went before us in the faith. I began with my spiritual father, Steve Gray, in Smithton, Missouri, then went to Concordia, MO to honor Kathryn Kuhlman. From there I went to Tulsa, OK to honor Oral Roberts and Kenneth Hagin, next I was onto Topeka, KS to honor William Branham. I went to Chicago, IL to honor Smith Wigglesworth, to Los Angeles, CA to honor William Seymour and to Weaverville, CA to honor Bill Johnson and Kris Vallaton. My last stop on the re-digging of the wells journey was in Hot Springs, AR to honor the Assemblies of God network of churches. I realize there are many more people and places to honor, like T.L. Osbourne in Milville, OR or John G. Lake in Spokane, WA and of course I would have loved to go to Indianapolis, IN for Marie Woodworth-Etter and Ashville, VA for Ruth Heflin, but time just has not permitted these at this time.
Based on a dream, I had in June 2016, while in Redding, CA, which I documented in a blog called Dream Trip, there were 3 locations in my dream, 1) A Pueblo; 2) A Porch; and 3) A Parking Garage. Each of these three places were so prevalent in the dream, I knew they were significant, and it was the parking garage that was for me the most significant, because my treasure hunt with God led me to a parking garage in Hot Springs, AR, which was where the Assemblies of God had their first General Council meeting to start the ministry, but I did not know until after I wrote the blog, that the porch was the Bonnie Brae house on Azusa St., as I was told by the Pentecostal Heritage Museum after they read my blog. I was sent an article from 1904 that stated the porch began to collapse from the weight of people on it trying to hear William Seymour preach. I was so excited by this, I knew I had to find out what the pueblo in my dream was all about for the other two pieces of the dream were confirmed and revealed.
As I researched pueblo, the first thing that I saw was Pueblo, Colorado, so I followed the trail to see if it led to a treasure and indeed it did. In the early 1900’s a flood hit Pueblo, CO, which was a wealthy steel town at the time, and it was the convergence of two rivers, the Fountain River and the Arkansas River, which meet in Pueblo and they flooded the city. I knew this was the place I needed to go, because I saw water hit Pueblo and cause a wave that was huge and I knew it was going to hit the city. So, with the location intact, the reason for going, was still unclear. Then a couple weeks ago, I listened to a webinar by James Nesbit and his team named Tribe Quantum, which spoke about crossroad cities. Well, the Lord had been speaking to me about rivers, underground railroads, and spiritual warfare, so this webinar, caused thoughts to come together and I knew I needed to go there because of the convergence of these two rivers, Pueblo, CO was a crossroads city. To people that don’t understand the prophetic or being spirit led, this may sound hokey or weird, but it is the truth and God has proven to me, He is in these prophetic intercessory acts.
So, I book a ticket to Pueblo, CO still unclear of the details of what I am going there for, but knowing I am going to the place where these two rivers meet. Then days before I am leaving the Lord speaks to me and says 2 Kings 2. So, I study this chapter and what He reveals to me is fascinating. I will upload the you tube video I did of this chapter’s revelation on my You Tube Channel, Lisa Great Salting Rivers, but here is the verse He charged with me as He said go…2 Kings 2:19-22 “The people of the city said to Elisha, “Look, our lord, this town is well situated, as you can see, but the water is bad and the land is unproductive.” “Bring me a new bowl,” he said, “and put salt in it.” So they brought it to him. Then he went out to the spring and threw the salt into it, saying, “This is what the Lord says: ‘I have healed this water. Never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive.’” And the water has remained pure to this day, according to the word Elisha had spoken” (NIV).
I get to Pueblo, CO, I park the car and walk down a hill and right there is the “Y” in the river, I knew I was in the right place, so I grab my bible, make a brief video and salt the river. After I did this act, I walk under the Main St. bridge and there is a 9/11 monument and an American Values Center, I smiled at the Lord, saying, this is about America, not just one city. Then right next to this monument is a fountain and the plaque says, don’t play in this water it is contaminated, again, another wink from heaven that I was in the right place doing the right thing.
God is serious about healing this land, we call America and I believe nations around the world. And He is looking for people who will obey His voice, no matter what the personal cost to them. Dutch Sheets is doing the Appeal to Heaven campaign; James Nesbit is leading Tribe Quantum on a Crossroads Red campaign; and the Lord is calling me to Salt Rivers, so these are just indicators of God’s love for this nation and us His children. I hope this blog encourages you to go and do those prophetic acts of intercessory prayer that the Lord has spoken to you. The Bible is full of men and women who did prophetic acts that seemed so trivial in the natural, but made huge impacts in the spirit. Thanks for listening to the journey God has me on, and know I love hearing about your journey’s as well.
