The Floodgates Are About To Open

The church is about to experience a mass exodus, not out of Egypt but out of Babylon. It is not going to be a billion soul harvest of unbelievers, but of believers who have been locked into a Babylonian Christianity. I see so clearly, the Lord Jesus Christ leading the billion soul harvest of men and women out of Babylonian Christianity. It is going to be a mass exodus of the likes we have never seen before. Your title in Babylon will not matter, for many “titled” people are hearing the call to come out of her my people and they will not miss the opportunity to leave.

Babylon is a place of mixture, mingling, confusion and division of language. People are exhausted by this Babylonian Christianity, they have known the task master, and no matter what they do, say or pray, nothing seems to change. Babylonian Christianity has wearied the saints, lulled them to sleep, and has burned them out. The doors to Babylonian Christianity are going to open and a billion souls are going to come out. We have heard 2 Chronicles 7:14, if My people who are called by my name…but the Lord said, that is not the verse for now, the verse for now is come out of her my people. Come out, the doors, the gates, the windows are going to open and you are going to be lead out of her My people, by the Lord Himself, just like God used Moses to lead Israel out of Egypt, God is using Jesus Christ to lead His people out of Babylonian Christianity.

We have seen a trickling of this, but we are about to see the floodgates open and the people are going to come out by the millions. Babylonian Christianity is over, it is about to fall once and for all and the people of God are about to enter the kingdom of God in a massive way. This is not an exodus from Egypt, this is an exodus from Babylonian Christianity. Those who came out ahead of time will train and equip those coming out in this mass exodus, to do the work of the ministry of the kingdom. A whole new world is about to unfold as the billion soul harvest comes out of Babylonian Chistianity into the kingdom of God of the likes we have never seen before.

The Pursuit Matters

The longer I live on earth the more I realize that which is tangible carries some value, but that which is intangible carries a value that cannot be measured with earthy elements. People spend their best years pursing the tangible. Gold, silver, diamonds, dollars, pearls, positions, power, but they were not born with this pursuit, they learned it. We were born humble, dependent, and we loved to learn. Our eyes opened and we wanted to see, our ears opened and we wanted to hear. We were so curious, so free, so fun to be around. People would ooh and ahh over us and we were just being us. How did we lose that? Who taught us to value tangible things which have no lasting value, no real significance?

The Lord has put many tangible things in the earth for our enjoyment, but they were not meant to become our gods, our pursuit, our distaction from the joy of living, really living. When the created gets more attention than the Creator, we lose our sense of awe and wonder, pursuit and passion, joy and enjoyment. Job 28 says it this way when it comes to what has real value, “Where then does wisdom come from? And where is the place of understanding? God understands its way, And He knows its place. And to man He said, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding.” Wisdom and understanding are intangibles that carry great value but you can’t buy them you are given them for departing from evil and living in obedience to the voice of God.

Wisdom and understanding, Proverbs tells us yield a return that is eternal, a joy that is undeniable and a peace that is unspeakable. People who are wise and understanding are not rushing here and there trying to make something happen, they are resting, rejoicing and pursing what is truly valuable, God Himself. Is it possible your challenges are because of your pursuit? It is never too late to change what you pursue for the sake of becoming childlike again.

This Too Shall Pass

We are a people who live moment to moment, not age to age. We are a people who speak as though the temporary is permanent, not as those who have eternity in our hearts. When something hurts right now, that is all we see, feel, hear. It is part of being human, but the Bible and most of its authors spoke to encourage people in momentary challenges and wanted them to know this too shall pass. Yes it is painful right now, yes it looks dark right now, yes you can feel the first fruits of shaking right now, but this is momentary, this is not eternal.

Job 20:4-5 says, “Do you know this from of old, From the establishment of man on earth, That the triumphing of the wicked is short, And the joy of the godless momentary?” Selah!

When we can step out of our current feelings, situations and circumstances, lift up our eyes to the past victories God has won for His people, Biblically and earthly, and when we can see that we have a future and a hope, we realize, this current reality is going to pass too. My husband taught me early on in our marriage, that what I was making a big thing, was actually a small thing. Now 15 years later, I consider most things a small thing, not because they are insignificant or they don’t sting, but because in light of history with God and future destiny with God this moment, these gas prices, this shaking is only a small thing.

One area of growth we as believers need to grow in is realizing the moment is not forever. I tell people, the reason I don’t have tattoos is because I did not want to make a permanent decision in a temporary moment. If we can navigate the moment, we will find the storm did not last, the shaking subsided, the economy changed for the better and God who is sovereign sees it all and was there walking us though it, so we become stronger. Fear not my friends, this, whatever this is for you, is a small thing and it too shall pass.

It’s Celebration Time

On Sunday morning, I sat at my desk with my Bible open and I was ready to start reading a new book of the Bible and I said, Lord, where do you want me to read next? Immediately I heard “Job”. Now this is not a book I would think to read, and the next thing the Lord said was, “I have some things to show you in there.” This past three days of reading the book of Job, per the Lord’s direction has been amazing. I have read the book many times before, but with fresh eyes I am seeing things I never saw before.

Today, I am reading Job 8:20-22 and I was stopped in my tracks, for I believe it is a now word for the nations. Listen to this, “Lo, God will not reject a man of integrity, Nor will He support the evildoers. He will yet fill your mouth with laughter And your lips with shouting. Those who hate you will be clothed with shame, And the tent of the wicked will be no longer.” We can read this as a personal word, but as I read it I heard it as a corporate word For the nations. Many nations have been rejected by not being given access to basic needs, water, electricity, freedom, just to name a few things. God has not rejected them and He is about to show them HIs abundance.

Job goes on to say, God will not support evildoers, I think we need to remember this, no matter what you see and hear, God is not supporting evildoers, but He is about deal with the tent of the wicked and when He does we are going to have mouths filled with laughter and shouting. We have not known real celebration, national, nations celebrating what only God could do, but He will YET fill our mouths with laughter and shouting. Get ready get ready, the enemy has been defeated and God is about to throw a victory party of the likes we have never seen or heard of before. Don’t forget, the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof and all who dwell in it belong to Him. He hasn’t forgotten us, He remembers and He is about to celebrate with us.

Discipline Produces Joy

The mind of man has been so perverted, twisted in understanding of truth, that when we read the word of God it does not make sense to us. When we do not “agree” or “see” what the word of God is saying, we reject the help that will align us with truth and set us free from our misery. If we will accept, though we don’t understand, what God is saying and we allow Him to work in our lives, by being obedient to His voice, surrendered to His instructions, and committed to His process, we will find joy unspeakable, life abundant and glory indescribable in our lives. Plus people will say things about you, you don’t see in yourself, like you radiate joy; you have peace I don’t have; or you carry yourself with such confidence. Oh my friends, God knows what He is doing, trust Him.

As we look at the landscape of Christianity we see a culture that shuns discipline and embraces weakness. It is as though we don’t want people to be strong, resilient, corrected or directed, so we leave them to their own ways and wonder why they are miserable. The lack of joy in the body of Christ is directly related to the lack of discipline in the body of Christ. This is true of children in families as well. When parents don’t discipline their children, they will find they have kids who are not “happy”. Discipline is not fun to do nor to receive, but the Bible is very clear it is a great producer. Job 5:17 says, “Behold, how happy is the man whom God reproves, So do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.” Hebrews 12:5-6 says, “MY SON, DO NOT REGARD LIGHTLY THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LORD, NOR FAINT WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED BY HIM; FOR THOSE WHOM THE LORD LOVES HE DISCIPLINES, AND HE SCOURGES EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVES.”

We would not tie discipline to joy or happiness, but God does. He knows when He disciplines us or uses others to discipline us, we are hearing the truth and the truth is setting us free and freedom is where joy is released from. So, when you see a truly joyful person, who exudes joy, it is not personality, it is the fruit that is produced when we are disciplined by the Lord and others and surrender to it. My friends, discipline is not fun, but it is a powerful producer of joy, and we in the body of Christ need to be disciplined for we lack joy.

When the Glory Comes

We have experienced the ministry of man but we have not experienced the glory of God, at least most people have not, yet. The glory of God is going to descend in such a way the ministers will not be able to minister. When the glory of the Lord enters the room, we will not need someone on a microphone telling us God is in the house. When God shows up, everyone is going to know it. The reason we have not experienced the glory of God is because men love to minister to people, they don’t know how to lead by just standing in the glory.

Ruth Heflin said, “Praise until the spirit of worship comes, worship until the glory falls, then stand in the glory.” Solomon said it this way in 2 Chroinicles 5 “in unison when the trumpeters and the singers were to make themselves heard with one voice to praise and to glorify the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice accompanied by trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and when they praised the LORD saying, “He indeed is good for His lovingkindness is everlasting,” then the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.”

The glory of God is going to come into houses of God with leaders who will stand in the glory of God and not need to minister to the people in those moments. The people of God will be directly ministered to by God when the glory comes. It will not be leader and laity when the glory comes, we will all be sons and daughters standing together in the glory of God. Will healing manifest, absolutely, for God is the healer; will deliverance take place, of course for the name of Jesus casts out devils; will breakthrough come, you bet it will, for the people of God will hear the voice of God. When God shows up, He alone can minister to His people, we all together lay down our titles and just stand in the glory. The King is coming and when He shows up, we all fall down!

Source It

In Job 1 we read of a conversation between Satan and the Lord about a man named Job. My whole life, I have heard people say, how could God allow Satan that kind of access to Job. The story has always been about how God is not protecting Job or God is not doing this or that. The blame has always been taught to me, to be put on God. But this morning, when the Holy Spirit prompted me to read the book of Job, I was shown another view I had not seen before. What if this event was not about God abandoning Job, but about God revealing to us who Satan really is.

Listen to Job 1:11-12 “Satan said to God, put forth Your hand now and touch all that he has; he will surely curse You to Your face.” Then the LORD said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power, only do not put forth your hand on him.” So Satan departed from the presence of the LORD.” Satan has been given access to Job. Now lets look at what Satan does to Job, this I believe is what God wants us to see and hear. First thing Satan does is attack Job’s wealth, then Satan attacks Job’s health, here is what it says in Job 2:7 “Then Satan went out from the presence of the LORD and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head.” Next he attacks Job’s family. The three blessings God gives us all, wealth, health and family and Satan destroys them all in Job’s life.

This is not about God’s nature, for God blessed Job with health, wealth and family, it was Satan who destroyed all those things in Job’s life and Satan is the same one destroying these things in your life and my life. We need to see who the real destroyer is and it is not God. God is a restorer, God is a healer, God is a recompenser, God is for us, not against us. Don’t miss the truth about Satan in the first few chapters of Job. The nature of Satan always has been and always will be to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus Christ came to give us life and life more abundantly (John 10:10). Make sure you are accusing the right source for what you are going through.

Open Your Mouth

The Lord says, We don’t have the right to be afraid for we have been given authority.

Don’t fear the gas prices prophesy to them to return to the amount you remember.

Don’t be afraid of supply chain issues, declare accesss to abundance.

Don’t be afraid of the rumors of war, speak peace to the nations, command the seas to be still.

Don’t be afraid of the market crashing, command the wealth of the wicked to be given to the righteous.

You have been given authority, use your voice to solve the problems you see not to perpetuate them by talking about them or being afraid of them. Prophesy my friends, prophesy!

From Fear to Courage

The leaders of the church in America have led us in prayers of repentance about abortion, sexual immorality and other issues. We have seen thousands stand in Washington DC to repent of these things. 2 Chronicles 7:14 has been the guiding prayer for these prayers of repentance. This was right and needed, but the Lord revealed to me something this morning, we all, every nation, needs to repent of.

In these final days of preparation during this Feast of Unelavened Bread, Passover week, the Jews would remove all the leaven (sin) out of their houses. This is possibly where we get the phrase “spring cleaning” from. They would sweep out all the nooks and crannies. Spiritually this is the week we let the Lord do a spring cleaning in our hearts. We have a few more days in this Passover week and today the Lord would invite us to repent of disobedience to God. This is not something we are told we need to repent of, but it is a huge deal to God. Disobedience is a sin in God’s eyes and we need to repent of it.

Judges 6 says, “Now it came about when the sons of Israel cried to the LORD on account of Midian, that the LORD sent a prophet to the sons of Israel, and he said to them, “Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, ‘It was I who brought you up from Egypt and brought you out from the house of slavery. I delivered you from the hands of the Egyptians and from the hands of all your oppressors, and dispossessed them before you and gave you their land, and I said to you, “I am the LORD your God; you shall not fear the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live. But you have not obeyed Me.”’”

God told Israel they disobeyed Him because they feared who God told them not to fear. This is an area of repentance we all need to repent of, for we have been living in fear of man for a long time and obeying that fear, rather than being courageous. Today is a great day to repent of fear and turn to courage. We have nothing to fear, for God is our provider, protector, promoter and promise keeper. Repent for disobeying God and being afraid and watch God fill you with courage to face whatever may come your way.

Don’t Fear the Veneer

I was on a walk with my dog yesterday and the birds were singing, the wind was blowing gently, and the temperature was just right. In this natural environment the Lord spoke to me and said, “Don’t fear the veneer.” I had just got done listening to a podcast, which had nothing to do with what the Lord said, but His words were so crystal clear in my spirit, I knew it was something to take note of. “Don’t fear the veneer” says the Lord.

Veneer is defined as a thin surface layer, glued to the base of an inferior material; it is a decorative facing; a veneer can be anything that makes something look more elegant or attractive than it is; it is an outward or token appearance or form that is deliberately misleading.

“Don’t fear the veneer”, says the Lord. Based on what the Lord said, I believe we see more veneer than we realize and it is causing many people to be afraid. The veneer looks good, but it is only a thin layer, there is no substance to it. Don’t fear the veneer. Jesus spoke about this in a variety of ways, in Matthew 7 He spoke of wolves dressed in sheeps clothing, He said this about false prophets. Then in Matthew 23 when speaking about the religious leaders Jesus said, they are white washed tombs, full of dead man’s bones. It is same thing the Lord said to me, “Don’t fear the veneer.”

The thin layer of what looks like something elegant, beautiful or even desirable is about to be scratched and the true inferior quality of what is underneath is about to be shown. The veneer is not to be feared, for it is only a thin layer, it is not quality wood, character, or spirit you are seeing, that is why there is nothing to fear, for they are only showing you the veneer. “Don’t fear the veneer”, says the Lord.
