We have access to more than we apprehend and we have been called to occupy more than we possess. Have you ever wondered why we shrink back from what we have been given?
I realize very clearly, confidence comes from winning, from overcoming, from seeing the fruits of labor actualized. I am fully aware of the battle we have been in for a solid 10 years or more as a church, but actually is probably a lot longer than that. I am not unaware of these things, but I hear the Lord saying, you must shake off the dust from your last season, for the new season has broke open for you.
Memories tend to damper our mobility; when the Lord is inviting us to arise and walk. The man at the gate beautiful in Acts 4 had been placed there to beg from birth, but one day, two men arrived at that gate without silver or gold, but with power and they grabbed him by the hands and lifted him up on his feet and the Bible says, his ankles were strengthened and he went into the temple, jumping, leaping and praising God.
God is sending people into our lives to give us a hand up, not a hand out, for it is a new season. They are coming in the power their words, their giftings, their love for God and for you. But if you still are looking for a hand out so you can stay in your old season, you are going to miss the invitation they are brining with a hand up to launch you into this next season.
We are being ushered into a season of the abundance of rain and when the rain hits the soil, the harvest is going to pop up so quickly, you are going to have to call your friends to help you with the mother load God is releasing upon us with the rain.

A friend at church yesterday was sharing with me the cloud a size of a man’s hand that she sees and I said to her, get ready, get ready, we are about to do a-bun-dance! Oh yeah, it is going to be so good, we are going to shake our buns as we rejoice in the harvest God is releasing. It is a new season, can you see the hand up God is extending to you? Can you hear the music playing the song, “Shake, shake, shake, shake your groove thing?” I can!
