Isaiah 25 Roadmap Second Stop

While in prayer yesterday the Holy Spirit showed me the Isaiah 25 for 2025 road map. This was a new experience for me, but as I leaned into the Lord and as I hear the headlines in the news, I know this is what God is doing right now.

People can be political and it causes the worst in us to come out; it creates divisions; and it causes us to look foolish to unbelievers. But the Bible is a unifier not a divider if we let it do the talking and we do the listening.

If we are the body and Jesus Christ is the head, we should all have the mind of Christ and He has singleness of mind, not duplicity. He is the way, the truth and the life, He is the only one who said that and is that and we need to remember that.

Our first stop in Isaiah 25 was praise, we talked about this yesterday, now today, our second stop is Babylon is falling. Verse 2 says, “The city that was once mighty you’ve turned into a heap of rubble; the fortified city now lies in ruins. The foreigner’s fortress is no more and will never be rebuilt.”

Once Babylon falls, it will be not be built again. It is in the process of falling right now and people are running helter skelter because they know what they did while under the spell of this city.

The fall of Babylon is a system of control, a corrupt governmental structure ruling the nations. Revelation 18 describes its activities very clearly. What is new to us, for we have only been on earth less than 100 years, is not new to the nations or to God, He is eternal and has seen it all so is not surprised.

Babylon is falling, this is the second stop on our road map called Isaiah 25 in 2025. We are not leaving stops behind, we are adding stops to what is already and will continue to happen.

The fall of Babylon is reason for praise. “How horrible, so horrible, O great city Babylon! For in one moment you suffered such destruction— you who once made the merchants on the sea so very wealthy. Rejoice over her, O heaven You apostles and prophets and holy believers, rejoice! For on your behalf God pronounced the judgment against her that she wanted to bring upon you!” (Revelation 18:19-20).
