Shaking Is Liberation

The narrative of the religious system has been one of fear. This was not by accident, it was by design. Fear is a form of control to keep you from the freedom that God has promised you. Jesus said, You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Paul said, The Lord did not give you a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. The coordinated effort to seed the body of Christ with fear was intentional, but God has been and still is a deliverer.

When Israel was in Egypt they were locked into a system of control that used them for Egypt’s benefit, not for the liberation of a people. Moses was raised up in human form as a deliverer of a nation. The Israelites were so locked into the Egyptian system, they could not see Moses as a deliverer. Remember Moses was raised in Pharoh’s house, the very system he was going to be used to deliver God’s people out of.

Due to idolatry, Israel found themselves in another system of control, which used fear to keep them bound, called Babylon. This was their 70 years of exile and Daniel was in the same exile as the other Hebrew people. But God gave Daniel dreams, night visions and authority to speak to the king of whom he served. A king that demanded all people bow to his golden image or be thrown in a furnace or lion’s den. But God in true fashion, again delivered His people from Babylonian exile and control.

There is nothing knew under the sun, Solomon says. What was will be again. We should not be surprised by the religious system that has enslaved generations of people since the days of Constantine (around 300AD). Yes it has been in operation for that long and has touched every nation. But God, yet again is on a rescue mission.

Those in the system are so accustomed to fear and control, the shaking is going to scare them, but what we need to know is that the shaking is what opened Peter’s prison doors in the book of Acts. The shaking is setting us free not putting us in bondage, not killing us. God is Haggai 2:21-22 ing us right now. “I will shake heaven and earth. I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms.” The shaking is overthrowing wicked thrones, demonic systems. The shaking is not punishment it is liberation. The shaking is declaring our deliverance.

Shhhhhhhh

What do you hear? Some people can’t sleep because what is inside of them is so loud, it keeps them up at night. Other people can’t hear truth because the lies are so loud. The narrative is the noise and the noise is what you hear. But there is another option.

The voice of God, the word of God is not loud, it is not clamoring for attention, it is not demanding to be heard, which is why so many people can’t hear it. Many are so accustomed to noise they can’t hear the word of God, the voice of God.

We seek environments that will give us peace, like mountains or beaches, but environments manifest what they are, not who we are, unless who we are matches the environment we are in.

Air pods in so many people’s ears listening to music or podcasts, narratives from television and billboards, music and marketing. Noise, noise, so much noise. Then we wonder why mental health is so rampant. The noise of narratives is driving us crazy, but there is a stirring, a shifting, a seismic thing happening as people’s internal tectonic plates are moving.

The word of God is being desired, the voice of God is being heard, the stillness, the silence of the presence of God is the absence of narratives that create noise and it is the substance of that which brings joy.

God is releasing substance through His word and His voice. Can you hear it? http://www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

We Are The Echo

Knowing who we are is important, but knowing who He is defines who we are. Once you have seen Him, you will never be enamored by the glittering things of earth (cars, houses, images, bank accounts). When we know who He is that is when we truly understand who we are. Our seeking to know us without knowing Him is what causes competition, comparison, pride, division, ego and all the destructive attitudes, thoughts and behaviors of mankind.

John the Baptist knew who He was, He declared, He is the lamb who takes away the sins of the world. He is the one of whom I am not worthy to stoop down and untie His sandals. He is the One you are to follow. In John’s statements, two of John’s disciples left him and followed Jesus and John celebrated that, for John knew who Jesus was and he knew who he was.

We will not elevate ourselves when we know who He is. We will not seek fame and glory when we know who He is. We will not idolize ministries or ministers when we know who He is. We will seek Him and He will not only grab our attention, He will keep our attention, for He is that amazing.

Once we see Him, we cannot be captured by another sight, but we do enjoy other people and other places. For He loves to bring us to places we can enjoy, around people who we can celebrate and be celebrated by. He loves doing life with us.

I was praying Psalm 29 this morning and it speaks of God’s voice and the power of His voice. In verse 3 I paused and realized again, He is the voice, we are the echo!!!! He speaks so we have something to say. What an honor to sit in silence in the mountains of North Carolina and hear the voice of the One who sits on a throne that cannot be shaken. And what an honor to be invited to be an echo for that voice that speaks with such power, authority and majesty. He is the voice, we are His echo on earth. Www.apostolicresourccecenter.org

Team Effort

One of the dangers of favor, blessings and increase is we can fall into the trap of believing we earned it, we deserve it, for we worked hard for it. It can become a one man show idea when success happens, but no one is successful in a bubble. There are so many components that make someone prosper, but the danger is in the ignorance of what brought about what you are walking in.

We are a team. Nothing happens in a vacuum. The idea that one person can change the world, the church, the nation, is absurd. God called one family to leave Ur of the Chaldeans, this included Terah, Abraham, Lot, Sarah and others. It was a family that left not one man.

From this family, Abraham was called to go beyond Haran where his father died and to go the land God would show him, Lot came with him as did Sarah and many of their servants and supplies. From Abraham came Isaac and Ishmael, then from Isaac came Jacob and the the 12 tribes of Israel, who created the nation we know call Israel.

Favor, success, prosperity, increase is a team effort. There are no self-made men or women, despite what we may have been taught. Everything is a team bringing about God’s dream.

Genesis 26 is God speaking to Isaac and the Lord says, “I will make your descendants multiply as the stars of heaven; I will give to your descendants all these lands; and in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed; because Abraham obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.”

Isaac was favored, blessed, set up for success because of Abraham’s obedience. Friends, we are standing on the shoulders of many who went before us, all the way back to Abraham. This is not about me, this is not about you, this is about us advancing the kingdom of God on earth, together. This is why no man or woman can take the glory, because it is the story of God working with us His people.

We are temporal, He is eternal. We add value in our generation, but those who went before us and those who come after us will add value as well, for we are in a kingdom that knows no end. This is bigger than one person, for this is a move of God that cannot be stopped, this is eternal and we are blessed to live during one of the kingdom manifestations on earth. Provoked To Jealousy

The LORD is redeeming everything and has been since the reassurection and ascension of Jesus the Christ. Because our God is a Redeemer of all things, we must repent (change the way we think) for the kingdom of God is at hand. Our unwillingness to repent (change the way we think) is resisting what God is doing in the earth right now today. Repentance was not about behavior, but about our thinking patterns.

In the days of Jesus they were programmed to think one way and Jesus came along, as did John the Baptist, and they both said, Repent, (change the way you think) for the kingdom of God is at hand. John questioned the Pharisees coming to be baptized by him, because he knew they were not going to change the way they think.

Jesus said to the same leaders, you refuse to enter the kingdom of God and you hinder others from entering. This was the inditement Jesus had against them. They proved both John and Jesus’ claims about them, when they had him crucified, because they refused to repent (change the way they think) even though the kingdom of God was at hand.

The Lord spoke to me clearly last night about being provoked to jealousy. The saying is unique, because common sense says, why would you provoke someone to jealousy? We don’t understand because we don’t know what jealousy means biblically. This means we have to change the way we think.

Jealousy means to emulate not separate. When Joseph wore the coat of many colors, his brothers were provoked but not to emulate Joseph but to separate from Joseph. Cain was jealous of Abel’s offering and instead of being provoked to emulate, he was provoked to separate and killed him.

Paul in Romans 11:11-14 says, God is going to use the Gentiles to provoke the Jews to jealousy. This was not a call to seperation but to emulation. The Jews were to emulate the acceptance of Christ as seen by the Gentiles.

Friends we must repent (change the way we think) for the kingdom of God is at hand. Jealousy is not to separate you from people but to get you to emulate them. If they have what you want, emulate what they do and who they are, don’t separate from them, for God put them in your life for your uplifting not downgrading. http://www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

Where We Are On God’s Calendar

Do you ever wish you could gaze over the shoulder of God and peek at His calendar to know where were are in the history of the world?

Have you ever wanted to be in the connection chamber where God meets with His top advisors to discuss what is happening on earth, how people are responding to His truth and how hearts are turning to Him?

Most people only know what is happening their little world, on their news channels or in their neighborhood or church or city or maybe state. Most people are looking down and around, not lifting up their eyes to the hills.

This is not an incitement, it is a reality for most people. I meet people every day and they have bills to pay, doctors to visit, kids to raise and husbands to feed. They have companies to run, houses to clean and teams to coach. Most people are involved in their life, they are not thinking about where we are on a macro level in the earth.

However, there is something stirring in the hearts of people and their awareness of God is awakening. They are asking questions about God, His kingdom and where we are on His timeline.

I am reading the prophet Micah right now and I believe we are walking into Micah 4 as we speak. “In the last days, the mountain of the LORD’s house
will be the highest of all— the most important place on earth. It will be raised above the other hills, and people from all over the world will stream there to worship. People from many nations will come and say, Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of Jacob’s God. There he will teach us his ways, and we will walk in his paths. For the LORD’s teaching will go out from Zion; his word will go out from Jerusalem. The LORD will mediate between peoples and will settle disputes between strong nations far away. They will hammer their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will no longer fight against nation, nor train for war anymore. Everyone will live in peace and prosperity, enjoying their own grapevines and fig trees, for there will be nothing to fear. The LORD of Heaven’s Armies has made this promise! Though the nations around us follow their idols, we will follow the LORD our God forever and ever.”

You may disagree, but this is what I see as we live in these days on earth. It has begun and will only increase more and more over the decades, even millennia. Things are getting better now worst. Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

God Will Provide

Christianity is not like any other religion, the reason being, our God is alive. We have a God that speaks, that listens, that gets involved in our lives. Our prayers are not to stone and wood, to trees and temples, no our God is living and active. This is the demarcation of Christianity. Jesus Christ is alive, He is seated at the right hand of God and is living to make intercession for us right now. What a mighty God we serve.

Having a living God, means we have as speaking God and when we hear His voice, we honor Him by obeying what He says. Abraham is called the Father of our faith, because He heard the voice of God and obeyed. He was then declared righteous for His obedience to the voice of God not because of anything He did and this was all before Jesus.

What I love about Abraham, is that whatever He heard God say He did. God said leave your family and follow me to a place I will show you, so he left Haran and headed out. When God said, to the mountain and make a sacrifice, he grabbed his son Isaac and off he went.

Today, while reading Genesis 22 it struck me, that even without all the resources needed to do what God said, he went. Isaac noted they were missing something and said, “We have the fire and the wood, the boy said, but where is the sheep for the burnt offering? God will provide a sheep for the burnt offering, my son, Abraham answered. And they both walked on together.” Abraham’s faith was heard in his answer.

Friends we are being called to obey even if all the resources are not identifiable upon departure. We are children of Abraham and we must go, we must do, what God says. If asked what about this or what about that, our first response needs to be, God will provide what is missing. Oh the faith of our Father Abraham, may we be people of action, not just words.

Days of Revelation Light

Being comfortable with the concealed and revealed takes maturity. Our lack of trust in the concealed nature and knowledge of God is what hinders us from comprehending and embracing the revealed nature of God. We resist so much more than we realize, because we think we know more than we really know.

Living in the days of revelation is about illumination or light shining in the darkness. John said, “The light shines in the darkness and the darkness does not comprehend it.” What is the it? The it is the light, the revelation.

Religion and religious systems of all kinds have kept us in the dark. Our living in the dark and being dipped in the dark for so long has trained our eyes to resist the light of revelation pouring forth from the kingdom of God.

Jesus was and still is the Light of the world. When He walked the earth as God in the flesh, He illuminated darkness wherever He went. In the synagogue light shown through the words He spoke; on the streets light shown into dark tombs where the dead were raised; in homes light shown into dark diseases as healing happened; and light shown in cities where demons were more accepted than the Messiah (Mark 5).

We are going from concealment to manifestation. This means there is an increase of revelation being seen and heard all over the world. God is enlightening us to the truth that will set us free, but many are resisting the truth for they believe what they see in the dark is the truth, so when the light shines they reject it.

Our history hinders our current reality, because we filter the light through our past out of fear. Truth stands the test of time, distance and resistance. Truth will prevail, revelation light will be seen and heard, and liquid love will soften the hardest hearts, break off the deepest shame and open the closed eyes.

This is a kingdom of Light, He is the Light of the world, and His city is on a hill where all can see. Concealment is giving way to manifestation in this day and though many resist, nothing can stop what God is manifesting on earth. Welcome to the days of revelation light! Snatching Them From The Fire

Babylon is burning! Can you smell it? Can you see its smoke rising? Can you hear the fire alarms about it going off? Some cities in the spirit need to be burned down. Babylon is a system of sex, violence and nefarious activity that is a stench in the nostrils of God. It is an ancient not a modern city structure that traps people into situations that they struggle to get out of. It is burning down as we speak.

King Solomon said, there is nothing new under the sun. What is old is what we are calling new. Lot lived in a Babylonian city structure in Sodom and Gomorrah and it burned as well. From Genesis 19 to Revelation 18 we see Babylon is burning. But that is what is obvious, here is what God is wanting us to understand.

Jude said, “Snatch people from the fire!” We have people we love who are in a Babylonian system because like Lot they saw the land and it looked good from a far, but up close they learned some things about the city they did not know. Abraham knew this about his nephew Lot, so before Babylon burned to the ground, Abraham prayed for Lot to be rescued or as Jude says, snatched from the fire.

Genesis 19 says, “Abraham got up early that morning and hurried out to the place where he had stood in the LORD’s presence. He looked out across the plain toward Sodom and Gomorrah and watched as columns of smoke rose from the cities like smoke from a furnace. But God had listened to Abraham’s request and kept Lot safe, removing him from the disaster that engulfed the cities on the plain.”

Our prayers are rescuing our loved ones from the burning Babylon. Messengers have been sent to ensure their removal before the burning finishes. Your prayers are being answered and they are being rescued. I sensed the Lord wanted to encourage you, that as you see Babylon burning, know your prayers for your loved ones are being answered. Handing Off Prayer Requests

It seems like the tide that rises and receeds that prayer requests come in waves. Some are like big waves coming in from stormy seas out in the distance, others are like water rolling in at our feet that pulls the sand out from under us just a little bit.

The past month many prayer requests have been rolling in like the tide. They started with praying for people that people know, then it became more personal to them as health problems have manifested, relationships have needed repair and jobs have been lost.

Prayer requests are personal to me for they are people who are in a situation they cannot carry alone, so they speak up and ask for help by saying, will you pray for me. This is an honor of the likes we should not take lightly.

As I was walking this morning and praying for people who have made requests, some of the requests are heavy, others will work themselves out if given a little time, some are lingering and some are urgent. But putting them all together they can be heavy for us humans to carry.

Thank God, literally, that He is a strong and mighty God; one who can carry our burdens and hears our prayers for those we love here on earth. Life can throw things at us that challenges us in so many ways, and reveals how weak we really are. But our weakness is not a shame issue, it is an opportunity to reveal how strong our God is.

What a gift to be able to speak out the names and situations of people who have asked for prayer and to know we do not need to provide the answer, we just need to hand them and their request over to the Lord who is able to heal the sick, gives jobs to those who lost them, restore relationships and bring answers to those with questions. What a mighty God we serve. Www.apostolicresoucecenter.org
