Sounds

We are in the season of “sounds good” coming out of church leadership, but the season of “The Sounds of God” are about to be heard loud and clear. The sounds of God will restore the glory of God to His church! Authority has a sound.

Psalm 29:3-9

——————-

The voice of the LORD is upon the waters;

The God of glory thunders,

The LORD is over many waters.

The voice of the LORD is powerful,

The voice of the LORD is majestic.

The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars;

Yes, the LORD breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.

He makes Lebanon skip like a calf,

And Sirion like a young wild ox.

The voice of the LORD hews out flames of fire.

The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness;

The LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

The voice of the LORD makes the deer to calve

And strips the forests bare;

And in His temple everything says, “Glory!”

Vindication Declaration

For the past two to three years the Lord has been making a salvation declaration over the nation, but today He is making a vindication declaration over the nation. The Lord is vindicating this nation, it is His declaration!

Vindication = Righteousness, cleanse, clear, justify, to rule, to litigate, to govern.

Almighty God has ruled in our favor, we have been vindicated and this is His declaration. Rejoice in God’s vindication declaration over our nation.

Psalm 35:27-28 “Let them shout for joy and rejoice, who favor my vindication; and let them say continually, ‘The LORD be magnified, Who delights in the prosperity of His servant’. And my tongue shall declare Your righteousness and Your praise all day long.”

Blessings

God is always trying to bless us, always trying to prosper us, always trying to favor us. He is always for us and is never against us. However, because we have a narrow knowledge of what a blessing is when it comes to us, many times we call it judgement not realizing it’s a blessing. How we see what people say determines how we receive what they release. God sends people to bless us all the time, but if we don’t know it’s a blessing we’ll reject it and miss out on the blessing they were bringing. We need a more robust understanding of what blessings are coming our way so we don’t miss out on any more blessings.

Acts 3:26 “For you first, God raised up His Servant and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways.” Selah!

Abundance of Time

Waiting on God is not a waste of time for we have eternity in our hearts. Therefore, waiting on God is our best use of time for apart from Him we can do nothing of lasting impact. Time is not our enemy it is our ally and as believers we have an abundance of time.

Psalm 27:14 “Wait for the LORD; Be strong and let your heart take courage;

Yes, wait for the LORD”

Language of Lightning

Every week we hear the words of men and women espousing the agendas and doctrines of men. But the day, the moment is fast approaching when fire is going to rest upon men and women again. When this happens we will begin to see, speak and hear the language of lightning. It will be the fulfillment of prophecy spoken by men in our generation who are no longer living on earth, but their words are still lingering in the air. We are being carried along by the Spirit of God in order to manifest the glory of God on the earth again.

Matthew 4:4 “It is written, ‘MAN SHALL NOT LIVE ON BREAD ALONE, BUT ON EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.’”

Twisted Influence

Seduction is twisted influence, for seduction according to dictionary dot com leads you away from proper behavior or thinking, its purpose is to persuade to disobedience or disloyalty, it seeks to corrupt.

There is a spirit of seduction, which is rampant in the atmosphere right now and will continue to seek to control for a time. Beware of the voices that are seducing people to be disobedient, disloyal or to corrupt for their purpose is to use you to destroy not to build. But once that spirit is done using you it will turn on you and destroy you.

This spirit is not new nor are it’s tactics new, which is why it’s so easily identifiable to those who love the truth.

2 Corinthians 10:3-6 “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and we are ready to punish all disobedience, whenever your obedience is complete.”

From Silence to Singing

Sackcloth is a song stealer, a silencer. Sackcloth is grief, humiliation or mourning. Did you know we are called to be loosed from sackcloth and girded/bound with gladness? It’s a binding and loosing of the same class as Isaiah 22:22 and Matthew 16:19. It’s time to loose nations from sackcloth and gird them with gladness then we’ll go from silence to singing praise to God again. We are going to hear songs of deliverance all around the nation as we decree loose us from sackcloth and gird us with gladness.

Psalm 30:11-12 “You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;

You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,

That my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent.

O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.”

Air Assault

There was an air assault launched this week and if you got hit by it because you didn’t see it coming, know others did as well. The air has been cleansed now, so you should sense relief from that hit. The enemy launched it and people picked it up and carried it, this assault originated in the air and came seemingly out of the blue. But the winds of God have cleansed the atmosphere again.

Ephesians 2:1-3 “You were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.”

Led By His Eyes

Did you know God wants to lead you with His eyes? When I was a kid my mom had this look and I knew exactly what she expected of me. Maybe you know “the look” or maybe nowyou give “the look”. The reason God leads us with His eyes is so He doesn’t have to lead us with something stronger. If you ignore the leading of the look, you will be led by situations and circumstances otherwise known as consequences. Peter knew that look and when he saw it, he went out and wept bitterly. I pray you see “the look” and adjust accordingly and immediately, it saves you from future problems.

Psalm 32:8-9 “I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you. Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, Otherwise they will not come near to you.”

Luke 22:59-62 “After about an hour had passed, another man began to insist, saying, “Certainly this man also was with Him, for he is a Galilean too.” But Peter said, “Man, I do not know what you are talking about.” Immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed. The Lord turned and looked at Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had told him, “Before a rooster crows today, you will deny Me three times.” And he went out and wept bitterly.”

An Invite

Psalm 33:13-15 “The LORD looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men;

From His dwelling place He looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,

He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works.”

There once was a time this type of verse scared the living daylights out of me, but now it brings sheer delight to me. The thought that I am seen and heard is one of the great gifts God gives to us. I stood looking up into the sky, tears running down my face, waving into heaven, and saying thank you for the privilege of knowing you.

The truth that we serve a God who wants to be known by us is one of the many unique characteristics of Christianity that is not found in other religions. He knows you, but He also wants to be known by you. What an invitation!
