I stepped out my front door at oh dark thirty this morning to take the dog for a walk. Immediately I was hit with a wind that was declaring atmospheric, even though it was natural. As I walked the wind continued to blow moderately strong. As I let the wind hit my face the Holy Spirit said, “You (all) have moved from S.O.S. (Distress call) to S.A.S. (Spiritual Atmosphere Shift).” Holy Spirit continued with the song Here As In Heaven by Elevation Worship which says, “The atmosphere is changing now. The Spriit of the Lord is here. The evidence is all around. That the Spirit of the Lord is here. Overflow in this place; fill our hearts with your love; your love surrounds us. You’re the reason we came to encounter your love, your love surrounds us.”

Wind blowing, walking and singing, the atmosphere is changing now! The Lord then says, “The hurricane from the gulf which is running up the Mississippi River is cleansing the waterways of the nation. He said, this rain is not to be feared, for it is coming to cleanse the land.” Whatever the enemy tried to do to our nation, to the nations, is over. I saw in the spirit the advancing angel armies of God and nothing is stopping their forward progress. The atmosphere is changing now!

The Lord knows I need an echo from scripture when He shares things with me and today was no different. I was praying Psalm 12 after I returned from my walk and the echo came forth on this 12th day of September 2024 “The Lord says, Now I will arise! I will defend the poor, those who were plundered, the oppressed, and the needy who groan for help. I will spring into action to rescue and protect them!”

We have moved from an S.O.S. (Distress call) to an S.A.S. (Spiritual Atmosphere Shift). Everything is changing now, for the spirit of the Lord is here. 9/11 is over, 9/12 is here and everything changed, for the Lord says, NOW, I will arise!!!!!

Today is the 23rd anniverary of 9/11, the day when America changed in a moment. I remember where I was that morning the planes hit the Twin Towers in New York City. I remember how fast the news spread across the world. I remember.

It’s amazing how events in our own life mark us and cause us to never forget. Most people have more “enemy” events they can’t forget than God events. I see this changing drastically. Israel had a history of markers where God did something undeniable and they will never forget. They saw the Red Sea part; they crossed the Jordan River on dry ground; they watched the walls of Jericho fall; they saw the fire on Mt. Sinai and saw the tablets of stone written with the finger of God; they were there when fire fell on the altar with Elijah on Mt. Carmel; they witnessed the pillar of fire at night and the cloud by day as they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years; they saw the plagues God sent on Egypt; they saw Jesus and Peter walk on water; they witnessed the feeding of the 4,000 and 5,000 with very little food; they were there when the fire and wind came on Pentecost; they know of flood and the saving of Noah and his family; they heard what happened to Sodom and Gomorrah; story after story after story of God events in Israel’s history.

Events that mark us forever happen in a moment, but they last a lifetime. You and I both have God events in our life, but most people have more enemy events that God events so we struggle to believe God because we have been so wounded by the enemy events that have marked us. But, I see a God event coming to our generation that will mark us in a way that makes 9/11 seem small. A God event that changes everything forever. We will not forget this God event, it will happen in a moment, but it will mark us forever. We will never be able to forget what God is about to do, it will be shared for generations to come. Friends, God is not going to let the enemy mark you and I anymore, He is about to mark us in a way we will not be able to deny.

Three times in the June to July time frame I had three flash dream visions of playing cards. I have not spoken about this, because I did not know what it meant. I went out and bought six decks of cards to literally represent what I saw in these flash vision dreams. I asked close friends what it meant and though some ideas came forth, we never really said, yes that it is. So, I have been sitting on this for months.

Now this morning I am praying Psalm 10 and the Holy Spirit speaks to me and says, “Oh the lies believed; oh the deception conceived; only to find out the house of cards is falling all around.” Immediately, I remember the cards and the flash dreams. The Holy Spirit says, “The wind of truth is blowing over the house of cards. No matter how great a “hand” they think they have, their house of cards is falling down.” Talk about an aha moment. Finallly, I am seeing what these cards mean.

House of cards is an idiom that means, a flimsy structure, arrangement or situation that is in danger of collapsing or falling; it is a structure or argument built on a shaky foundation; complicated and weak organization or plan that can easily fail; structure or situation that is insubstantial shaky or in constant danger of collapse; fragile, unstable, or likely to collapse. Dictionary dot com)

The lies of the enemy is a house of cards and the wind of truth is blowing it over. Psalm 10 says, “They congratulate themselves as they despise you—
these arrogant ones, so smug and secure! In their delusion the wicked boast, saying, God doesn’t care about what we do.There’s nothing to worry about.”
The lies are falling, the truth is rising. The house of cards is being blown over by the winds of truth. Babylon is falling, the kingdom is manifesting. We are living in biblical days. Oh the power of God.

The word of God is not always culturally relevant, nor is it culturally tolerant. However, what I love about the word of God is that it does not alter its language for culture. The word of God is eternal, it stands the test of time, trouble, culture, trials and triumphs, because it is truth and truth does not change with culture or seasons. Truth trumps circumstances and opinions. This is why we can trust the word of God for it is the truth that sets us free, no matter what we may currently believe or see. Truth will never cease to march on.

I was reading 2 Thessalonians 1 this morning and the words of Paul are so appropriate in every season, but challenging for many who have been culturally dumbed down to be weak, passive or even tolerant of things Paul would not tolerate. His words may sound offensive to you, but that is because of the culture cooking you have underwent. Shake off the culture, put on Christ and listen to what Paul has to say, it is really good news for us who are in Christ.

2 Thessalonians 1:6-8 “It is right and just for God to trouble your troublers and give rest to the troubled, both to you and to us, at the unveiling of the Lord Jesus from heaven with his messengers of power within a flame of fire.”

God is about to trouble your troublers and give you, who have been troubled rest!!!! Come on! This is such good news and worthy of rejoicing over. The days of troublers going free is over, it is time to reverse the curse, restore the fortunes, reconcile the relationships, rebuild the ruined cities and revive those who have died in disappointment. Everything is coming alive, so we can rest and recover from a long season of battle. It is a day of our troublers being trouble, our trouble is over.

The desire to be in charge, the desire to rule and reign is a God given desire to us who are created in the image of God. Yahweh is ruler of the nations and we who are created in His image have been given dominion over all of creation. The desire to take dominion is not an evil desire, it is a God given desire. The challenge is, the enemy of our soul knows we were created with a dominion mandate, but in true demonic fashion, it has been twisted in order to get us to rule over one another, rather than to rule over creation. 

Psalm 8:5-8 says, “What honor you have given to men, created only a little lower than Elohim, crowned with glory and magnificence. You have delegated to them rulership over all you have made, with everything under their authority, placing earth itself under the feet of your image-bearers. All the created order and every living thing of the earth, sky, and sea— the wildest beasts and all that move in the paths of the sea— everything is in submission to Adam’s sons.” 

King David is telling us we have been given dominion over: Abundance; harvest; creation; land; the waters; animals; every created thing is in submission to us. The enemy tells us we have dominion over other people, but we do not have dominion over other people, we have dominion over creation. No wonder Romans 8 says, all of creation is awaiting the manifestation of the sons of God. Creation is waiting for us to take dominion. 

We get frustrated, go to war, fight, strive, and steal all because we want dominion over other people, and they won’t let us control them because we do not have authority over them. Church, it is a full time job to take dominion over creation and if we did it together, as image bearers of God, we would have so much work to do, but the enemy has convinced us we get to have dominion over other people, so we are making little progress in our calling over creation because we are fighting with other image bearers. It’s time to take dominion away from ruling other people and to start taking dominion over creation. Creation is already submitted to us, but we have not been ruling over it. You have been given dominion, rule over creation and watch it yield its increase to you!!!! 

Christianity has been programmed to view judgment as a negative word, almost to the point of being a swear word that people run from at all cost. The reason for this is because we do not understand what judgment does, what is means, what purpose it holds. The other reason is because it has been used as a weapon to condemn not a decree to heal, build and establish. God is redeeming words in this day and hour, He is switching decrees, for great change is upon us and even our language is going to have to pivot to truly enter into this new age in which we are walking in.

Psalm 7 is the place where I learned what judgement is really all about. I remember the first time I prayed this psalm and the Lord showed me that judgement is to eradicate wickedness and establish righteousness. This was the first time I saw the redemptive nature of judgment and why God is called Judge of all the earth. Without a judge, without a judgment being rendered wickedness goes unchecked and runs rampant. We need God as Judge or we may as well say we don’t need Deborah in Judges 4-5; we don’t need David as King of Israel; we don’t need Jesus as Messiah; without an understanding of judgment we don’t really understand restoration, redemption, and reconciliation.

Today, I am praying Psalm 7 again and the Holy Spirit says, “We are changing the decree today from decreeing public exposure of wickedness, to public vindication of the righteous.” I was shouting, rejoicing, and decreeing Psalm 7:6-8, “Execute the judgment you have decreed against them. All the people gather around you. Return to your place on high to preside over them. You are Yahweh who judges the people. Vindicate me publicly, Yahweh, and restore my honor and integrity. Declare me innocent. Once and for all, bring to an end the evil tactics of the wicked! Establish the cause of the righteous!”

Friends, the decree has changed, we are no longer looking for or calling for public exposure of the wicked, but now we are decreeing, let us see public vindication of the righteous, in Jesus name. For this public vindication will eradicate wickedness and establish righteousness. Let’s go!!!!!

For the past three days I have been hearing the Holy Spirit say, “And the LORD restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends. And the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.” (Job 42:10)

When we are in a battle, financially, relationally, physically, or mentally the default position is to think about only ourselves. We tend to hunker down, pull in the belt, isolate ourselves and make it all about us. I am not sure if that is our fear of showing weakness; our belief we need to work this out on our own; or a result of our individualistic cultural mindset. No matter the reason, the answer is not found in going through it alone, thinking only about ourselves, the answer is in praying for our friends.

The kingdom of God has the most creative unconventional solutions to our problems. We may consider them foolish, so we ignore them, but the Holy Spirit keeps nudging me with this verse in Job 42:10 “And the LORD restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends. And the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.”

If you have friends you know what they are going through. Friends share with each other what they are struggling with. Some people take that information and make it gossip, others take that information and make it prayer. The difference between gossip and prayer is about who you are sharing the information with. When we pray for our friends, God boomerangs our prayers and sends us help in our situation.

When I hear of a friend in financial trouble, I pray for them and then God blesses my finances. When I hear of a friend who is grieving the death of a loved one, I pray for them and God comforts me in my grief of a lost relationship. When I know of a family or marriage struggle, I pray for them and then I hear of God working behind the scenes in my family and marriage. Friends, our job is not to pray for and worry about our own issues, we are being invited to pray for our friends and in doing so, God will take care of what we are struggling with and He will restore double. Just ask Job.

There was a war at the gate last three or so weeks, in the spirit, and it was fierce. I do not know of a fiercer battle I engaged in, but now that we have made it through that gate, the spiritual atmosphere is palpable. It is obvious not just to me, but to others I speak with as well and the evidence of it is manifesting in the hunger and reception of truth I hear in people. If you went through a fierce battle of any kind the past three weeks or so, know it was nothing personal, there was war at the gate.

This past week I have been hearing the voice of God in multiple puzzle pieces of which I am only sharing privately at this time, for I am not sure what they all mean yet. However, last night, I had a dream/vision of a person with lasers coming out of their eyes and it was etching a new blueprint. I saw this vision as clear as day in my sleep and heard the words, “Etching Eyes!” Over and over again, I kept hearing “Etching Eyes”.

As I leaned into this words in my sleep, I heard the Holy Spirit say, “You have heard it said, itching ears (2 Timothy 4:3), but these are etching eyes. Miracles will be etched into you all as part of the new blueprints that etching eyes see.” I wake up and immediately look up 2 Timothy 4:3-4 “For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.” The Holy Spirit says, “This is where you all have been but you are going from itching ears to etching eyes.”

I look up what etching is and it says “Etching as a method of print making, it is, along with engraving, the most important technique for old master prints and remains in wide use today.” Friends, God is giving us etching eyes, He is etching inside of us a new blueprint which will be the new pattern we follow. The days of itching ears is over and the days of etching eyes is here. We are going to see things miraculously that will etch inside of us a master print that will be copied over and over again for years to come, that our God is a God of miracles. Everything has changed!!!!!

With so many things to pay attention to, how do you prioritize what is most important? We only have so many hours in a day, so much capacity to contain information, or process situations. Do you realize how much you consume in the way of information, emotions, and even atmospheres in a day? Our ability to consume is greater than our ability to assimilate what we have consumed. If we do not make space, take time, to assimilate what we have absorbed, we will react rather than respond; we will attack rather than seek to understand; we will hurt others rather than help be one that heals others. We must slow down and assimiliate what we are consuming.

The Passion Translation says in Proverbs 4:23 “So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life.”

When we are operating in wisdom, we are placing a high priority on our innermost being; we are paying attention to where our affections are going; we are guarding what our heart is being drawn to and why. The Holy Spirit has taught me that self-control is a full time job, that is why I do not have time to micromanage or control anyone else. Now we all can advise, counsel, direct, and walk with other people, but we have no ability or authority to control anyone else, for we do not even have time to assimilate and control all we are consuming, let alone what someone else is.

Church, it is time for a priority shift. We must prioritize guarding our own hearts, assimiliating our own atmosphers and affections, and making sure our wellspring is producing fresh, pure, clean water so when others come into our lives they are refreshed not contaminated by what is coming out of us. Make time, take space, don’t fear the exploration of what you find in your own innermost being, you are your first priority and responsibility. Then when you are faithful with you, you will be entrusted to walk with others.

Hearing the voice of God is not hard if you are able to live in the moment. Yahweh is a now time God. He does not dwell on the past, He is not afraid of the future, so He is a continual ever present help in times of trouble. He is a now time God. Since Christ is in us and we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, that means we must calibrate our cadence to that of the God who lives in now time. This takes a dying to ourself, a trusting in God, and a realization that He alone holds everything in His hands. Once you access the “now” in time, it changes everything as it pertains to hearing God’s voice. He speaks in now moments, no matter where you are or what you may be doing. We miss His voice not because we can’t hear it, but because we are living in a different time zone than He is. Come out of the time zone called past, come out of the time zone called future and come into the time zone called now and you will hear the voice of God in now time.

This morning I was walking my dog and his name is Hunter and he is a Dachshund. We walk every morning and today the Holy Spirit had me pause and watch him as he had his nose to the ground, then in a hole, tail straight in the air, waving it so I knew he found something. Next thing you know he is digging, snorting and is in pursuit of the mole in that hole. As I stood there smiling at my dog, the Holy Spirit said, “This is how you enter into another’s joy.” I pondered that for the rest of my walk.

We enter into other people’s joy, sorrow, victories, challenges, by living in the moment with them. It was not about me doing the digging or snorting or wagging of the tail, but knowing Hunter was having the time of his little doggie life, made me smile. Then the Holy Spirit said, “This is how you enter in!” Friends, we are being invited to enter in to other people’s joy, sorrow, challenges, victories. Enter in with them and know we can also enter into the Lord’s joy. Matthew says it best in chapter 25 “He who had received the five talents came forward, bringing five talents more, saying, ‘Master, you delivered to me five talents; here, I have made five talents more.’ His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.”
