Grace and Gratitude

Life is full of beginnings and endings, endings and beginnings. Even on the physical calendar we are in a time of ending of one year and the anticipation of the beginning of another year. As we stand in the inbetween time of one thing ending and a new thing beginning, I am seeing something I have not seen before.

I see the door we are coming out of (exiting door) with the word GRACE stamped on it and I am seeing the door we are entering into with the word GRATITUDE stamped on it. As I am looking at this the Lord says, “There is grace to exit well and there is gratitude to enter well.” Standing in between these two doors and seeing this so clearly is a presence packed experience. Tears are falling because of how good God is.

We do not need to leave something by brushing the dust off our feet, we can leave it with GRACE stamped on it. We can bless on the way out, because God gave us the grace to stay in while we were there. Then as we enter the new thing God is opening for us, we enter this gate with thanksgiving in our heart (Psalm 100). The open door has GRATITUDE on it. We are standing between GRACE and GRATITUDE.

The transition we are in is micro and macro; it is personal and it is corporate; it is happening on the home level and the national level. Embrace the grace to exit and lay hold of the gratitude to enter.

The verse the Holy Spirit showed me for this time we are living in is Zechariah 4:6-7 “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, Says the LORD of hosts. Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”

Friends He is the Chief Cornerstone and He is the Capstone; He is the Author and the Finisher; He is the Alpha and the Omega; He is the Beginner and the Ender; He is Grace and Gratitude! Pause in between the two doors, we are living in a very unique time in history, both personally and corporately. I hear the shouts of GRACE, GRACE! Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

The Pattern

The Lord has been nudging me to study the word pattern. My first thought was when my mom would get a pattern from the fabric store and lay it out on a piece of cloth in order to make a garment. This was the extent of my understanding of the word pattern. Henceforth, the need to do some study of the word.

What I have learned is rich and I am in awe of our God. On Mount Sinai, God spoke to Moses and said, “Direct them to build a holy sanctuary in My honor so that I can dwell among them. Instruct the people to follow the pattern I am about to show you for the congregation tent and its furnishings.” (Exodus 25:8-9)

The word pattern in Greek is typos and in Hebrew it is tabnit which means model, form, likeness, or structure revealed through vision. Moses was not given a blueprint, he was given a pattern to follow. Hebrews 8:5 says, “God admonished Moses as he set up the tent for the Lord’s sanctuary: “Be sure that you make everything according to the pattern I showed you on the mountain.” Hebrews also says, this tabernacle Moses would build was only a type and shadow of the reality in heaven.

Moses saw the pattern, but it was both a present and prophetic reality. Meaning Moses began it, but in Christ it would be fulfilled. Watch this, Moses built a tabernacle, a mobile sanctuary for Israel in the wilderness. Then Solomon, who also was given the pattern by David (1 Chr. 28:12), built a temple. But this was not the prophetic fulfillment, the temple was only part of the pattern process.

Jesus became the prototype of the pattern’s fulfillment, the final fulfillment was in Acts 2, when the early church was filled with the Holy Spirit. The pattern in Exodus 25:8-9 was fulfilled in Acts 2. It went from a tabernacle, to a temple to a body of people, who are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6).

No wonder Haggai 2:9 says “You will stand by and watch as the magnificence of this new house will eclipse the magnificence of My first house. And in this new house, I will give you peace.” We are the pattern people who are filled with the glory of God, we are the fulfillment of the pattern given to Moses on Mount Sinai. God is in the business of building people as we are to be. This is the pattern we are called to follow. Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

Reformers : Dead and Alive

While walking the dog this morning in the every so chilly 20 degree weather here in Nashville, TN, the Lord and I were discussing reformation. We talked about men like King David who reformed Israel and made it into one nation; we discussed Nehemiah who rebuilt the walls around Jersulem; we spoke about Gideon who tore down his fathers altars to Baal; we discussed Josiah, the youngest mentioned King in scripture, who at the age of 8 became king. He brought about great reforms in Israel. We also spoke of Hezekiah, who restored temple worship.

Reformers are men and women who make cultural changes that last decades and create legacy. We love reformers after they have reformed, but we persecute, ridcule and critize reformers while they are in the process of working with God to bring about much needed reformation. Revival is fun, reformation is work.

Men like Martin Luther was not liked by the system he was called to reform; Martin Luther King Jr. was not a television celebrity as he walked the streets of Selma, AL; John F Kennedy was not liked by those whose world he was disrupting, so they killed him; Harriet Tubman was a reformer and she was ridiculed for it; Florence Nightengale was not famous as she was working stealithly in Africa.

While reformation is happening people are not hailed as reformers, for in many ways they sound and act like disrupters and the “system” does not like to be disturbed. Johnny Enlow speaks reformation language; Donald Trump is bringing about reformation for a nation; Charlie Kirk was a reformer on college campuses. The system does not like reformers, for they rock the boat, challenge the status quo and question reality.

On this Veterans Day, I want to salute all those who gave their life to defend this nation, for America is a land of reformers. Our nation is a reformer of nations. Our Republic is not perfect, but it is a statement of reformation. We are still reforming and being reformed and people don’t like it now, but we need reformation in this nation and the nations. Thank you to all who died and all who have lived in order to bring about reformation, we salute you.

Psalm 126 Time

On November 2, 2025 I made a phone call to wish a friend happy birthday. As I was leaving a message for her, the words this will be a Psalm 126 year came out of my mouth. When I got off the phone, I paused, for those words about Psalm 126 were not planned by me, but were prophesied over her by the Lord through me. (Prophetic people are mouthpieces and often we are hearing for the first time, along with you, what God is saying 🙂).

Since that day, in my journal, I have been writing about 5786 and 2026 being a Psalm 126 year. I have been privately studying this Psalm and writing some thoughts about it. But today, Lana Vawser came out with a public prophetic word and she said 2026 is a Psalm 126 year. The echo establishes, so I was smiling as I read her word.

Psalm 126:1 says, “When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dreamed.”

When you have lived with sorrow, anger, disappointment and distress for long periods of time, feeling like delay is the new normal and distractions are the only relief, when restoration arrives, it can feel like a dream, it may not feel real immediately.

The psalmist is speaking of when Israel was released from Babylonian captivity, after spending 70 years there. Jeremiah told them, God knew the plans He had for them, plans to prosper them, to give them a future and a hope, but all they knew was exile/captivity. No wonder their restoration felt like a dream.

We are living in the same days as Israel did. We have been in exile for years as a nation and as nations, but the exile is over and the restoration of nations has begun. Many struggle to see it, others feel like they are dreaming, this is evidence of the end of exile and the beginning of restoration.

It is Psalm 126 time as we are in the Hebrew year 5786 and are about to enter the Gregorian year 2026. It begins with feeling like this is a dream, but the truth is our new reality of restoration has begun, exile is over! Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

Jehovah Sneaky

Have you ever watched the television show, Undercover Boss? If you have you know the storyline of the show, if you haven’t let me give you a brief synopsis. The CEO of the company disguises himself to be placed in a position in his own company on the level of the everyday worker. While in training for the position, he gets to know the ground level issues, operations and people, so he can provide solutions to make his company function more effectively.

The joy of this show for me is that when the CEO reveals himself to the ones he worked with in an undercover fashion, most of them are surprised, for they did not know it was him that they were working beside. The CEO is usually very generous to the ones he works with for he hears their stories and wants to support them as they are serving him and his company. It is a great show if you have not seen it.

The reason I share this is because when I read 2 Corinthians 8:9 in the Voice Translation this morning, it made me realize, Jesus came to earth as an undercover boss. “You know the grace that has come to us through our Lord Jesus the Anointed. He set aside His infinite riches and was born into the lowest circumstance so that you may gain great riches through His humble poverty.”

If a television show can showcase the generosity and compassion of a CEO of a company, how much more does Jesus, the King of kings, show compassion and release generosity to us His children, His stewards on earth. Oh friends, we have a very generous God, who came as an undercover boss, to find out how He could improve life for us on earth and He did it by shedding His blood so our sins would be forgiven and our freedom could be not only granted but occupied. Jesus is the best undercover boss I have ever worked for in my life. Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

Prioritize Truth

People are obsessed in America with timing. Prophetic words making declarations about this year or that year. Many wanting to be the first to say what God is speaking about something, years in advance.

In some ways I am thankful people hear so many prophetic words they forget what people prophesied by the time the date actually arrives, for more often than not it doesn’t happen the way they said it would. Many “prophetic” people are just exhorters speaking words of encouragement, they are not “prophets” in the biblical sense of hearing the voice of God and only speaking what He says. But we need them to exhort us, for we need encouragement.

I was in prayer this morning and the Lord spoke to me about our obsession, as charismatic people, with timing. The Holy Spirit nudged me saying, “concerning that day and hour no one knows” (Matthew 24:36). Then the Lord spoke to me and said, “I want my people focused on the truth I spoke, not the timing of when it will happen.” He continued, “I am not a man that I should lie” (Numbers 23:19).

When the Lord was done speaking to me about this, I had to repent for being more concerned about timing than about the truth He spoke. As I repented, I realized, when truth is my priority not timing, I learn about and lean into His character, His nature, and I learn I can rely on His word. When what He said is the priority, not when it will come to pass, my trust in Him is strengthened.

Friends, we are like little children in the backseat of a car asking our parents, “Are we there yet!” But the invitation is to grow up, enjoy the ride and know the truth that if God said it, it will come to pass. Our trust in the truth is what brings the joy, the manifestation of the promise and the timing of its arrival, God knows. If we lean into God and what He said, we will not fret over when, for we have come to know the Who! Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

United We Stand

It is easy to look at liberals and throw a stone because of their liberal policies, their open borders, their socialist agendas, their narrative of lawlessness, and their violent rhetoric.

It is easy to look at conservatives and throw a stone because of their unprofessional tweets, their anger at injustice, their intolerance of wickedness, their desire for truth about marriage, sexuality and education of children.

The challenge is, whatever side you stand on, you believe your right and they are wrong, but the truth is, both are ditches, one is lawless and the other is religious. Both hate the way the other wants this country to go, but the truth is there is another way, the High Way of God’s Kingdom.

Isaiah 55 says, “My intentions are not always yours, and I do not go about things as you do. My thoughts and My ways are above and beyond you, just as heaven is far from your reach here on earth. For as rain and snow can’t go back once they’ve fallen, but soak into the ground And nourish the plants that grow, providing seed to the farmer and bread for the hungry, So it is when I declare something. My word will go out and not return to Me empty, But it will do what I wanted; it will accomplish what I determined. For you will go out in joy, be led home in peace. And as you go the land itself will break out in cheers; The mountains and the hills will erupt in song, and the trees of the field will clap their hands. Prickly thorns and nasty briers will give way
to luxurious shade trees, sweet and good. And they’ll remind you of the Eternal One and how God can be trusted absolutely and forever.”

The goal of religion and politics is always division, the goal of the kingdom of God is unity. We are one people, we are one nation, under one God with liberty and justice for all. The enemy divides us because they fear our oneness. As long as you are either lawless or religious, you will just shout at each other like in 1 Samuel 17 when Israel was facing the Philistines.

The spirit of David is here and He is the King who is going to unite the United States of America in a way none of us see coming. It will break the power of lawlessness and religion, for they are two sides of the same coin.

Lift up your eyes, open up your heart, the kingdom of God is not religious nor is it political, but it is a government and it is bringing a structure, a new wine skin, that will bring unity to humanity and healing to nations. Love is still the greatest way. Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

We Need You

No more sideline believers, everyone is being called up from the practice squad. The Lord spoke to me a couple of months ago and He said, “When I move it is going to take everyone, everywhere, everyday.” We are in this place right now.

Many people have been trying to fight for a position on a church staff,a worship team, or a title within the local church. Friends, we need apostles as CEO’s of companies; we need prophets as CFO’s and advisors to Kings, Presidents and Prime Ministers; we need Pastor’s who are leading Human Resource departments, social working situations, foster care systems; we need those called to be Evangelists in sales and marketing jobs; we need those with the gift of teaching in the school system.

In the 70’s, there was a Jesus revolution that was deceived by a rapture theology, so most of those people thought they were called into the ministry, and fled the marketplace. Thank God the tide has turned and people are realizing their purpose is not in a church building, but in a marketplace opportunity. The harvest is in the marketplace not the church.

We need everyone, everywhere, everyday doing the work of the ministry. Church leaders are Ephesians 4:11-12 called to train, equip and deploy the saints to do the ministry in their everyday lives. The mandate to mobilize is coming from God not the pulpit.

I was at a worship event last night in a Factory in Franklin, TN and the passion I heard in worship, the speakers I listened to proclaimed the kingdom of God on earth, and the roar in the spirit I sensed was undeniable. A Tuesday night experience, caused me to say, now that is what I am talking about.

If you don’t know what your purpose is, ask God, ask a friend, but we must get to work, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few and I am praying for the Lord to send workers into His harvest field. We are in the great awakening, now we need everyone, everywhere, everyday to be an ambassador of the kingdom! Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org

Love is Big

Have you ever had a glimpse into a realm you have not known before? Have you ever smelled something so pleasing, but you cannot describe it? Have you ever opened your heart to dream in a way that makes you feel vulnerable?

People love going to the beach and the mountains, I think one reason is because there is something so much bigger inside of us than we have words for, but we need to be near it, to see it, to experience it, to be in its presence. A place where the water meets the sky and waves crash at your feet. A place where the majesty of the magnitude of it just causes you to be still.

The Lord has created large, majestic things on earth to give us a glimpse of who He is. He is honestly indescribable, unexplainable, unimaginable and yet ever so desirable. He is God, He is majestic, He is powerful, He is undeniable, He is incredible.

I have been getting glimpses into His heart in a way I have not ever before. His love for people, all people, is hard to explain. He loves humanity so much more than we do. We call people wicked, lost, broken, arrogant, so many things. We decide who is worthy of our time, energy and love. We are so small in our love.

God’s love for every person is massive. He has been showing me how much He loves people and I am overwhelmed, convicted and yet pulled in. His love for us as people is so massive, sin is not even visible. I can’t explain it, but I have begun to see it and as He reveals it more and more, we are going to overwhelmed by a love words can’t explain but the heart can absorb.

Declaring Allegiance

Worship is about declaring allegiance. Worship is about declaring allegiance to the Only True God; to the King of all kings, the Lord of all lords. We show that allegiance by lifting our hands in the sanctuary; giving of our tithes and offerings; loving people. It is all a declaration of allegiance, not to a building we call church, not a community we fellowship with on Sunday morning, but to the Lord of heaven and earth.

Worship aligns us and reminds us of who we are allegiant to. It is not about a Sunday morning experience, it is a corporate declaration of our allegiance. It is about declaring together, Jesus Christ is my God. We are not gathering to hear good music, to listen to some prolific orator, or to meet some new people. No we are coming together to declare our allegiance to the Lord of Hosts.

I was reading 1 Corinthians 15 this morning and it fanned the flame of passion for Jesus in me even more. Listen to this, “After He has conquered His enemies and shut down every rule and authority vying for power, He will hand over the Kingdom to God, the Father of all that is. And He must reign as King until He has put all His enemies under His feet. The last hostile power to be destroyed is death itself.”

Christianity is not a passive, wait to be raptured religion. Christianity is an occupy until I come, defeat the defeated enemy relationship. It is a rule and reign with benevolence on the earth, steward what I gave you, be thankful for who I made you to be kind of life. Walking with Jesus, partnering with God is about declaring our allegiance together and then doing the works God has assigned for us to do. What an honor to serve this King, what a joy to lift my hands in the sanctuary. Www.apostolicresourcecenter.org
