It’s Time

It’s NOW time!

The floodgates have opened.

We have entered the ride of our life.

Throw your hands up.

Shout!

The wait is over.

Here we go.

Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”

Luke 19:9 “Today salvation has come to this house!”

Kingdom Currency

Walking with the Light of the world doesn’t mean you see everything. Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things unseen (Hebrews 11:1). Much of walking by faith is about trust, learning to trust God who is always faithful.

This class on faith which teaches us to trust, is done in the dark. But when you know the Instructor, the classroom setting only enhances the learning, leaning, loving. Remember what David said, “Even the darkness is not dark to You, And the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You.” (Psalm 139:12)

As you walk by faith and at times feel like your in the dark, first know your not alone many have traveled this road before you and many are traveling it with you right now. And hear the encouraging words of an ancient prophet… Isaiah 50:10 “Who is among you that fears the LORD, That obeys the voice of His servant, That walks in darkness and has no light? Let him trust in the name of the LORD and rely on his God.”

Trust is kingdom currency and He is making us wealthy in it.

The Kingdom

The kingdom of God is not a new ministry model, nor is it a system, the kingdom of God is a Man, it is Jesus Christ.

Luke 17:20-21 “Now having been questioned by the Pharisees as to when the kingdom of God was coming, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”

It’s Time to Celebrate

October 2 – 9, 2020 is the Feast of Tabernacles. This is the time to remember…

1. You have been rescued from Egypt (Leviticus 23:33-43);

2. A new covenant had been given to us (Jeremiah 31:31-40);

3. It’s a day of great panic from the Lord for them, they will turn on each other (Zechariah 14:13-21)

4. The word (Jesus) became flesh and tabernacled among us (John 1:1-14)

These are just some of the biblical reasons the Feast of Tabernacles is a time of celebration. We are on God’s calendar and He said it’s a time to rejoice!

Church Shift

One of the thinking shifts we as the body of Christ must make in this new era is related to God’s house. The Church is not a building we go to, it’s a people we are. Once we realize we are the Church, then we will start to operate in the authority we have been given. This mindset shift will be difficult for many, but is necessary for the kingdom of God is not brick and mortar buildings but flesh and blood people being built together as a holy habitation. The head of this house is Jesus the Messiah. Kingdom leaders are going to build flesh and blood houses not brick and mortar buildings.

Hebrews 3:6 “The Messiah is over God’s house as a son. What is that house? It’s us—those of us who hold on tightly to the free delight and confidence of our hope.” (Kingdom New Testament)

Treasures

The word of God is like a treasure chest. The more you open it the more treasures you discover. This morning I’m praying Psalm 103 and the layered treasures are stunning. We are consistently reminded of the two benefits in this Psalm but did you know there are five benefits we are not to forget?

Psalm 103:2-5 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget none of His benefits;

1. Who pardons all your iniquities,

2. Who heals all your diseases;

3. Who redeems your life from the pit,

4. Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion;

5. Who satisfies your years with good things,

Not only are we not to forget any of these benefits we are also to remember the reason we are not to forget these benefits.

Psalm 103:5 “So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.”

Today is a great day to remember the benefits of the lord because when your soul is reminded of these benefits it will realize there is nothing to complain about. For his benefits meet every need we have, fulfill every desire we long for, and we have access to these benefits. Open your mouth and declare the benefits of God for your life, for your family, for your nation.

Can You See It?

Did you see what happened this weekend?

One new man (Ephesians 2:14-16) prayed together on Yom Kippur (Saturday) for the restoration of our nation. Jonathan Cahn (Jew) and Franklin Graham (Gentile) led thousands of people in person and online in repentance for restoration of our nation in Washington DC.

On the same day, a “Deborah” (Judges 4) was nominated to be on the Supreme Court of the United States. Our President needs her help to defeat many of the invisible enemies in our nation. No wonder she is a spirit filled believer, a wife, a mother, and a judge.

Wide open spaces are holy places and God is on the move restoring nations. Can you see it?

Choose Life

Rejoicing is more fun than ranting and raving.
Hope feels better than depression.
Resurrection has more life than death.
Love has more authority than hate.
Righteousness has more power than wickedness.
Grace gives more freedom than condemnation.
Honor produces more than disrespect.
Forgiveness is cleaner than unforgiveness.
Glory tells a better story than sin.
Healing speaks a better word than sickness.

We all get to choose where we live and I’ve lived in both places listed above. I can tell you with confidence abundant life is only found by remaining in Jesus. I choose life!

Deuteronomy 30:15 “See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, and death and adversity.”

Deuteronomy 30:19-20 “I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants, by loving the LORD your God, by obeying His voice, and by holding fast to Him; for this is your life and the length of your days, that you may live in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”

Jumping the Gun

The temptation to do naturally what God has spoken and wants to do supernaturally is strong. Often we miss the mark because the Lord shares with us what He wants to do supernaturally but we seek to execute it naturally, so it never reaches the glory God intended for it. Resist the temptation to do it naturally for God wants to do many supernatural things.

Zechariah 4:6-7 “Then he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’”

Pray

In prayer this morning the Lord opened my ears to hear in the spirit the hearts cries of men and women who recognize they have aligned themselves with a losing team. The ache in them is because they’ve gained the whole world, but lost their soul and now they see it.

The challenge they are facing is what they are going to have to sacrifice to get out. They have built their whole life around a losing lie and they hadn’t seen it until now. To get out would mean great loss and for some even death because of how controlled they are by the system.

I can hear their anguish in the spirit, they see where their alignment is leading them and they want out but the price of that decision is very high. I heard some specific names and prayed for the Lord to make a way of escape to snatch them from the fire. They want out, but their so deep in. I kept hearing the Lord assure them it will be worth the sacrifice, but the choice is theirs.

We are in a time of escape, rescue and deliverance right now. Many see what’s coming and will jump ship before the “Titanic” goes down.

Pray my friends for God knows the hearts cry of those who want out but recognize the price they are going to have to pay and it scares them. Pray they see the pearl of great price and leave it all for they see His value!
