We have been given dominion over creation for the sake of distribution of provision, not for dictatorship. We have been given dominion to harness the power of creation. Biblical dominion is given to people to become distributors of provision. The poverty mindset will keep what is supposed to be distributed because that mindset is afraid of running out. The dominion mindset distributes freely knowing God is abundance, He is the river that never runs dry. This mindset has freely received so freely gives and is fearless because it understands abundance. We have been given dominion to be distributors!

Psalm 8:6-8 “What is man that You take thought of him, And the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God,

And You crown him with glory and majesty! You make him to rule over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet.”

Genesis 1:27-28 “God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
