A cursory study of other religions will wield for us an understanding of how blessed we are that YHVH is our God. The Judeo-Christian faith has a living, accessible, approachable God that wants to be involved in our lives. Unless we know about or have experienced other faiths and their beliefs, we don’t realize how powerful this is.

When David reveals, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you. Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, Otherwise they will not come near to you.

Many are the sorrows of the wicked, But he who trusts in the LORD, lovingkindness shall surround him” (Psalm 32:8-10)…we will do well to take heed to His instruction and His leading.

When our eyes are opened to who our God really is, following His lead is easy, because He speaks, He leads, He counsels, He’s involved in our lives and loves it. There is truly no one like our God!
