Our words have power, to build up or to tear down; to encourage or to discourage; to speak life or death. The choice is ours as to what we speak. James says, “With the tongue we bless our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the likeness of God; from the same mouth come both blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be this way.” My friends I spent many years blessing one minute and cursing the next, but what the Lord taught me is I cursed what I did not understand. What I did not understand was the heart and nature of God. He is more merciful than I realized, more patient than I ever knew. Now I speak life and bless, because I have experienced God’s mercy and patience and I want others including this nation to experience the same.

Over the years the Lord has given me specific decrees to make over America. The first decree He gave me was to make a salvation declaration over this nation. The second decree which came years later, was to make a vindication declaration over this nation. I kept making those decrees until a new decree was given for it was as though the Lord was bringing this nation into something, I could not see clearly, so I decreed what I was told and added each decree as I went. Now today, the Lord spoke to me and said, I want you to make a preservation declaration over this nation. Salvation, vindication and preservation are the three decrees God has spoken to me for this nation. So I did as I was told.

Here is what I prayed, in case you want to join me in making these decrees over this nation. Lord, God of heaven, Almighty God, Everlasting Father, Creator of heaven and earth, I beseech you on behalf of the United States of America, Lord, I make a preservation declaration over this nation. I declare, You, Lord, are preserving the covenant that was made at the inception of this nation. I declare we will remain in covenant with You, as a nation. We will be a distributor of the gospel of the kingdom to the nations. We will obey the ordinances of God and we will stay in covenant with You, our God. I declare Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the Lord and God of the United States of America. This is our preservation declaration. Amen.
