A Net Breaking Catch

People that work hard, are disciplined, in their job, ministry or marriage, but do not see the fruits of their labor find themselves in a place where hope becomes deferred and eventually their heart gets sick. The reason for this heart sickness is because we were made to produce and our production should produce results. Results become the encouragement to keep producing. But if you work hard, work consistently, work steadily, and there are no results in the time frame you expected them to come it causes the heart to become sick. And the enemy loves a sick heart, because one he can taunt you and tell you God doesn’t hear you, appreciate all you do, or doesn’t care about you; and two he uses your heart sickness to make you apathetic when nudged to try something again.

Think about it for a minute, you want to have a baby, but you are barren, the zeal to try and produce wains over time; you pray for a loved one and still you see no visible change in them; you work for a job that feels like you have hit a glass ceiling and there is no room for growth despite how hard you have worked; or you are single and you workout, dress nice, have a great attitude and yet no potential mate is arising. It’s hard to keep working when you don’t see results. Then when the heart grows sick, you stop obeying, stop trying, you stop. Stopping is evidence of a sick heart. Listen to what Proverbs 13:11-13 says, “Wealth from get-rich-quick schemes quickly disappears; wealth from hard work grows over time. Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life. People who despise advice are asking for trouble; those who respect a command will succeed.”

The key to getting out of a sick heart, the key to breaking hope deferred is not to stop, it is to persevere. Keep going, keep praying, keep prophesying, keep working, keep pursuing what your heart is desiring. Don’t stop, for in the doing, a new command is going to come from the Lord and if you obey it, it is going to change everything. The command is going to come when you have lost hope. It happened to Peter. Look at what Luke 5:4-6 says “When He had finished speaking, He said to Simon, “Put out into the deep water and let down your nets for a catch.” Simon answered and said, “Master, we worked hard all night and caught nothing, but I will do as You say and let down the nets.” When they had done this, they enclosed a great quantity of fish, and their nets began to break;”

Peter’s heart had given up on catching anything, tie to this Proverbs 13, he worked hard, but no results, until he obeyed the command of Jesus then the results were undeniable. I don’t know what command Jesus is going to give that brings the results, but I will tell you this, I would keep obeying all He says, because one of them is going to break your nets. Don’t quit, keep obeying, keep working, keep praying. There is a net breaking command coming. #Host90

Clock Clarity

What time is it? Such a common question, but the answer to it brings clarity about so many things. Knowing what time it is brings peace to those who are anxious; hope to those who are afflicted; joy to those who are waiting; and clarity to those who are confused. The Bible says, the men of Issachar, one of the twelve tribes of Israel, “Men who understood the times and knew what Israel should do!” The body of Christ is not all on the same clock, so we are not all seeing the same time. God has one clock, not many, knowing what time it is matters, especially if you are speaking to nations or the church.

Many have said we are coming out of Egypt, but that is not true, if we were we would be headed into the wilderness and Luke 4 says, the wilderness is where we are tested in manna, money, and ministry. These were the three temptations of Jesus and these are the three areas nations have been tested in the past at least 10 maybe more years. We are coming out of the wilderness as nations not Egypt. Since we are coming out of the wilderness, we are headed into, and may I propose are in the promised land.

How do I know we are in the promised land, because when Jesus and when nations come out of the wilderness, they are seeing and hearing Luke 4:18-19 “THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME, BECAUSE HE ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR. HE HAS SENT ME TO PROCLAIM RELEASE TO THE CAPTIVES, AND RECOVERY OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND, TO SET FREE THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED, TO PROCLAIM THE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD.” Again, how do we know, because since Pentecost (June 4-5, 2022) Roe v. Wade was overturned, the Georgia Guidestones were brought down and Boris Johnson is resigning. Giants are falling, the NWO is on the run and will be no more; the tabernacle of David is rising; Babylon is falling. All evidence of promised land life.

There is more to come, you will see it, you will hear it for there are more giants that will fall, big ones, obvious ones all will see. And keep your eyes on the Parthenon in Nashville, with the gold idol inside, that is coming down as well, God will leave nothing of Babylon symbolism, it is all coming down. What time is it? It is time for freedom to reign and Jesus to be lifted high. Welcome to the new era, the kingdom era!!!

52 Card PickUp

How many of us read our Bible and either assume we know what something means or just skip over what we don’t understand and just keep reading? What if we slowed down, asked the Holy Spirit some questions, He is our counselor, or did some research on a subject? What we would find is a richer understanding of the word and a greater hunger forming inside us to know God more. Hunger begets hunger when it comes to God’s word.

Today I was reading Luke 3 and it says about Jesus His winnowing fork is in His hand. I’m a city girl, I couldn’t pick a winnowing fork out of of cutlery set if asked to. But I do hunger for truth, so I looked it up and this is what I learned. A winnowing fork is a hand device used by the farmer to throw the mix from his shredded pile of grain and straw into the air to let the wind carry the straw and chaff away and the grain fall back for collection. Locked and loaded, here we go.

Because we have been born in Babylon, mixture, you see it in the church everywhere, the Lord is coming with the Holy Spirit and fire to baptize us in order to get the mixture out of us. No wonder it feels like the Lord has thrown us up in the air like 52 card pick up, for in Luke 3:16-17 “John answered and said to them all, “As for me, I baptize you with water; but One is coming who is mightier than I, and I am not fit to untie the thong of His sandals; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fork is in His hand to thoroughly clear His threshing floor, and to gather the wheat into His barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” The Lord is separating Babylon from us.

What looks mean, harsh, scary in some scriptures is many times misunderstanding the heart of God for His people. He is always coming to help us and if He has to throw our life in the air, figuratively speaking to get us free from Babylon and to gather us like wheat to Himself, so be it. Bring on the winnowing fork; the Holy Spirit; and the fire. We need to be free from the mixture of Babylon, for freedom is our inheritance now!

God Is Fighting For Us

Who told you God is mad at us? Who said that we have sinned so badly He can’t save our nation, your nation? Who said? Asking the question, who said is powerful, because people have a lot of opinions but only God speaks the truth. Truth speakers are rising with the word of God in their mouth, not their opinion, not their thoughts and ideas, not their books, but the truth of what God says. When you hear the truth it will set you free, for truth is the seed of freedom that sets every heart on fire.

Yesterday I was listening to a sermon by Bill Johnson and he was preaching from 2 Chronicles 20, when he read verse 22, the Holy Spirit said, this is the new verse for this year. Listen to it, “When they began singing and praising, the LORD set ambushes against the sons of Ammon, Moab and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; so they were routed.” Now that is a 20:22 verse we need to preach, pray, and sing. Our worship is going to route the enemy in the last half of this year.

Whenever God inagurates a new thing, a new era, a new season, it always comes with two things, one there is an announcement of it. If you follow the prophets who have microphones, you will hear many of them are announcing we are in a new era, a new epoch, a new day. So the announcement has been and is continuing to be made. But there is also a song that is being sung. I believe it is the same spirit as the song sung at Jesus birth announcement, which changed the course of history. Listen to Luke 2:13 “And suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased.”

Did you hear that? With whom He is pleased. May I propose to you God is not mad at us, that is why He has innagurated a new day for us. He is pleased with us, He loves us, He is for us, yes He has to deliver us from some stuff, but come on Roe v. Wade was just overturned that is a huge statement in the spirit. God is for us, He is healing us, He is delivering us and it is only going to increase. God is not against you the devil is. My friends, sing, the enemy is on the run and God is fighting for us. #HopeUCHost90

It Only Takes A Moment

Luke 1:36-37 “Behold, even your relative Elizabeth has also conceived a son in her old age; and she who was called barren is now in her sixth month. For nothing will be impossible with God.”

It only takes one moment, one situation, one word to receive the seed that will conceive. The angel Gabriel, the messenger or the Lord seeded Elizabeth and Zacharias with a word that their days of barrenness were over and now six months later she was showing and everyone could see that she was no longer barren but about to manifest. That one seed, that one word, that day of conception led to showing and birthing and manifestation. The day she conceived her life changed forever.

The Holy Spirit is hovering over this verse right now and the presence of God is thick in the room as I type this. She who was called BARREN, many of you have been called barren, your ministry has been barren, your marriage has been barren, your finances have been barren, your health has been barren, your family of origin has been barren, the pain of barrenness is extremely hard to bare, especially if it has been for any length of time. But today, the Lord is saying to some, you have conceived recently and you know it, your just not showing yet. Come on somebody.

Others of you, have yet to conceive, but you are about to. One prophetic word, one experience in worship, one encounter with the glory of God and everything is going to change for you will conceive. She who was called barren is NOW in her sixth month. You may not be in your sixth month, but you know you conceived and so you need to know now you are in _____ month. I am personally in my first month, I know it like I know my name. I may not be showing yet, but my life changed forever Pentecost weekend 2022 in Houston, TX.

My friends, nothing is impossible with God. Barrenness will give way to birthing manifestation of what you are carrying. It happened for Elizabeth and Zacharias and they were in their old age. God does not forget, be encouraged, it only takes one touch from God to conceive and everything changes, forever. #host90

It’s A Church Thing

I hope you go to church this morning, not because it makes you more spiritual; not because it is a requirement to be a Christian; not because I want you to “tithe”; but for one simple reason…there is no other place in your life that you worship in song corporately. Church is the only place that we lift up our voices together and declare the praises of God.

Psalm 33:1-4 says, “Sing for joy in the LORD, O you righteous ones; Praise is becoming to the upright. Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre; Sing praises to Him with a harp of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy. For the word of the LORD is upright, And all His work is done in faithfulness.”

The Bible was written to a group of people, not an individual. Now I know you can sing in your house, with your family, but you can do that all week, why do you wait to only do it on Sunday morning? Come on my friends, let’s go to church and worship the Lord together. Think about it, all day today, all over the world, from Israel who began their Sabbath at sundown to Hawaii who will be the last ones to see the sunset today, there are people gathering to worship corporately.

I was thinking this morning about how in 1989 when I got saved, the leaders of churches were still arguing about whether to have guitars in church or not. Every generation fights so the next generation can experience the blessings that come from a battle won. Our generation has Elevation, Hillsong, Maverick City, Bethel, all worship we love. Why, because someone fought for worship. I remember when I first got saved, I did not want to lift my hands, it felt “weird” to me, now “I throw up my hands and I praise you again and again, singing Hallelujah!” So, join me this morning in church and lets say to one another “Come on my soul, don’t you get shy on me, lift up your song, cause you’ve got a lion inside of those lungs, get up and praise the Lord.” Then we all can say, “All hail King Jesus, all hail Emmanuel” or “Then sings my soul, my savior God to thee.” No matter what your style or song preference, let’s do this together, for He alone is worthy of it all!

Psalm 32 Speaks

Do you ever see something in the word of God and go, I never saw that before? I call them aha moments. It’s when we go aha to something God says and we finally get it. I hope I never stop having aha moments, because there is so much to learn about the word and kingdom of God. It is truly a living book, that speaks.

I was praying Psalm 32 this morning and I had an aha moment. Here is what I read, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you. Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, Otherwise they will not come near to you.” I have not been around horses a lot, but I have friends who are avid horse people. This morning in prayer the Lord said, “I will instruct you; I will teach you; and I will counsel you in the way you should go.” God is our instructor, teacher and counselor. That is powerful. Did you know other religions do not have a living God they pray to, which means their gods do not respond to them with a voice, with words, with life? We are blessed to have Yahweh as our God, a living God, resurrected Savior, I am in awe.

Back to Psalm 32, so God instructs, teaches and counsels us in the way we should go, but then He says, “Do not be as a the horse or mule.” I wonder what animal we really are in the spirit, not what one we want to be. Everyone wants to be a lion, eagle or peacock, but what if some of us are these horses or mules that the Lord says, “Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check.”

My friends, God is your instructor, teacher and counselor, don’t ignore Him, don’t disobey Him, don’t try to do your own thing apart from Him, for He has so much life, love, joy, peace and righteousness for you, He will put trappings on you just to get you into the blessings He has for you. Only a living, loving God would put hold us in check just to bring us near to Him so He can bless us. What a might God we serve.

You Are Being Seeded

Words are seeds; our hearts are soil; when negative, destructive, demonic seeds are spoken across the airwaves those seeds go into our hearts (soil). The more seeds of the news we consume the more negative the narrative we are hearing. The negative narrative is seeding us based on what they want to grow in us, produce in us. The source of the seeds your hearing determines the way you are thinking.

Sowers with bags of seed are in three major places in culture. Bags of seed with sowers are in the media, education and religion. If you are being seeded by any of these three sources you will be fearful; angry; judgmental; proud. All three of these sources are seeding you with an agenda which seeks to steal from you, kill you and destroy you. But there is another source of seed with a sower and its the word of God and the kingdom of God. It’s only agenda is freedom which is found in the kingdom of God. It is good news; it is healing; it is grace; it is power; it is joy; it is mercy; it is truth; it is love; it is life; it is always good news.

When we are seeding ourselves all day long with negative, fearful and demonic news, words, then we come into a place or open our bible and we find it hard to connect, to relate, to engage. Why? Because we have been seeded before arrival by a barrage of negative, demonic, destructive news. When the good news comes, it must penetrate all that we have been seeded with, it seeks to detox us of all that seeks to destroy us, make us fearful. If you want to be free, you will have to stop being seeded by the three sources, the news, education and religion that are seeking to steal, kill and destroy you, and open wide your bible and seed yourself with truth that sets you free. Remember, your thoughts are not your own, you have been seeded. Choose your seed wisely.

Genesis 8:22 “While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, And cold and heat, And summer and winter, And day and night Shall not cease.”
