The knowledge of the Lord is found in the mountain of the Lord, which Isaiah 2 says is the chief of all the mountains. The more we know the Lord the less harmful we are to other people. Our lack of knowledge about God actually makes us dangerous to others. Humanism wants us to believe love is love; my truth is truth; and that I am a good person. All of this apart from the knowledge of God. It is not true. It is actually a deception that has penetrated culture and masqueraded as a counterfeit gospel of which many people believe, quote and receive.

Isaiah 11:9 says, “They will not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain,

For the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.”

In the mountain of the Lord is the knowledge of the Lord and the knowledge of the Lord is not a weapon used against other people, nor is it a shield for self-protection. The true knowledge of the Lord, actually softens you not hardens you. When the Bible says, the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run into it (Proverbs 18:10), it is an invitation to embody His names. His names according to Exodus 34:5, 7 include merciful, gracious, patience, goodness and truth. These names are our strong tower, our safe place.

When we know the Lord, we treat people differently. People know it when you know the Lord, they can feel it, they can see it in your actions and they can hear it in your voice. My friends, get to know the Lord, come into the mountain of the Lord, learn from Him, learn about Him, you will be transformed from the inside out. The knowledge of Him will cause us as believers to stop harming and hurting one another.
